The CFO's dad has has helped to put a proper dint in the share price. Not sure the other large shareholders and Board members will be best pleased with the CFO or his dad - unless they're all conspiring together.

Shanta are in a very good negotiating position. This is a standalone, growing profitable company with no reason to sell other than to obtain the best value for shareholders. Any buyer would need to pay a decent price otherwise Shanta can just walk away and continue with business as usual.

Around three weeks to go for update from Williston - probably around the second week of November.

The federal permit process is just so excruciatingly slow. Hope we get a good outcome in the next couple of weeks.

Agree Whistler, the delay with the Federal permits is the bottleneck at the moment. Hope we get them soon, but governments tend to be the worst for delays when it doesn't suit their political agenda.

My suspicion is, some of the resignations were because the parties were guilty of unscrupulous activity, e.g. perhaps they were colluding with other companies behind the scenes (remember Twiggy's outburst on RNS). They were forced to resign or be sacked. All conjecture of course.
