As you say, nothing new in the piece, but then again there was never going to be. As you say, volumes have dipped or returned to an earlier period, despite very positive developments in Portugal, both reported and outlined, let alone what we may hope for on a personal level.
The market in general would seem to be hedging its bets or unable to really see this tipping point, be it EVs or energy storage etc but there is a constant barrage of news detailing smaller, granular changes happening on the ground - local authorities buying EV buses etc - (Cory Groshek is a one man press agency on this) - and much like the long term is made up by a consecutive series of short terms, the coming revolution is made up of these granular changes. It will be seen in time, and likely to be sooner.
Quality offtake partners, further resource upgrades and the PFS will certainly cement SAVs position and that is before any further additions to the mining land bank or the projects in Oman or Moz, whatever is felt about them on an individual basis. There will be a more Bouyant market. This is just one of those shorter term periods that will make up part of the eventual price.
