Scancell itself is being Peer Reviewed by CRUK

CRUK peer reviewed Immunobody ... and backed it

now it's doing it with Moditope

the Grand Challenge is at least an £80m Peer Review , Top Scientists in Oncology are about to sign Off £80m investments on behalf of a Charity ... they are giving """Title and Respect""" to give transparency to the process

If i am right .......... we will win the Grand Ch. No other other party has the Patents for this sort of project to ever appear because if you are using patients own Neo antigens it's impossible to build a template

U could do it with Immunocores Immtacs .. but they just don't seem to generate the response in sufficient number

I think investors just have not grasped the importance of this grant and its implications over the next few years as the moditope program plays out ... considering

Adjuvant plus hydrophobic peptides .... the very difficult scale up manufacturing process of the modi1 vaccine is now sorted

so the technical challenges of building the vaccine is known

same as Immunobody scib1 data has proved up scib2 which has prompted further discovery from others using that template

and we then have other Top Scientists in the background also working on Moditope the Karolinska Institutet which has extended its reach ..

so efficacy in patient in the Modi1 program proves up the entire project ...

That one bit of news could turn Scancell's future path into a $150 billion Mcap with just the discoveries already announce ...

Its Slow and very expensive.

So Moditop TCR has a high Capital cost ...... its saving grace is its way cheaper and safer than Car T which is proving itself commercial and if the MODi1 mouse model is right is just as effective

so i see a model of testing patients blood at all stages of the cancer cycle in hundreds of patients to generate baseline data

the base line data is what is patient's blood responding to ? and can you build markers which would identify what the patient receives as a treatment using Moditope as the base treatment because only moditope hits so many cancer using so few neo antigens ...

so the TCR tests actually is building you a template model ...

patients would then get Modi1, modi2 , modi3 or a combination with some patients going straight onto TCR ...

this is the hard bit from a science point of view to explain to Investors the Modi 1 epitopes VIM ENO and variants will appear in all three vaccines because they are part of the 17 cancers that Modi1 can potentially target but not at 100% efficacy across the board this is why this Template process is being put forward to the Grand Ch.

so we are looking at Moditope as a One Play system ... you cannot break it up and i think Lindy understands that
