The main patent for Modi 3 ... the Grand Gh. is scancells Moditope Patent as this is the central plank

others involved ISA pharma will add a patent amplivant to the program and off course enjoy the benefit from that as part of the collaboration in that they will receive part of the grant as they add that technology to the program giving them funded research that same principle goes to TCR with BioNtech

so as Modi1 has two parties ISA/Scancell ...

the results for Modi3 commercial success would carry a similar agreement and that would apply to the TCR element with BioNtech, but that commercial closure is still awaited as the results of the collaboration is unknown

other scientists will be involved in the actual trials as investigator's rather than the actual primary research

this Program is well thought out, with all the required parties in from the start to complete the research and the trials ..

The unknown element is Genentech .....with the bank of Roche behind it

now Scancell in the last 10 has received £30,000 to prepare for the last stage, so it really is a project full peer review

Mod1 and 2 .. are the basis for this Grant Program because the "type" of epitope in those vaccines are actually in the Grand Challenges Cancer Types

The current program with BioNtech identifies TCR from the modi1 vaccine to be used in a personal TCR vaccine again this science is also being peer reviewed by CRUK

ISA pharma aplivant for vaccines which is in the modi1 vaccine is also being Peer reviewed as that would also be in the Grand Ch program

so basically Scancells future research on the Modi3 program will be financed by the Grant so its non dilutive development funding which means Scancell does not need to raise further funds in this area

Failure of the grant is not failure of the science it just means another group has put a more convincing case, however we are the only party in the last 10 in this field which is pretty impressive

so its hardly just PR ...

I think you are underestimating just how much the "Scancell" supporters club is still heavily invested names keep popping up here from years ago. even the nutters that post on ADVFN are really shareholders with a grievance against LTH ie they cannot manipulate with the intellectual replies needed to counter the science to generate share price fluctuations sufficient to trade the share and indeed because the SP is so low, are struggling to contain the risk of being out .... rather than being in ... they don't know how to deal with Scancell
