what you are confusing is SP .. which is the indicative value of the shares you are holding if you sold at the "block" rate in the market today ....

so you are trying to Value Scancell by the Share Price ..

But the real value is generated by Big Pharma buying up scancell or the valuations attained in any commercial deal

clearly indicative values by brokers are ignored otherwise we would be 70p odd ...

now if you are not looking at the size and quality of the cake .. then your simplistic views should be considered
