because i don't know what the efficacy is ..

but if i value how much the NHS is prepared to pay for a product failure rate .. it would be relative to assume this amount would be spent again on SCIB1 efficacy rate ... which eats into failure rate

but posters on here did not quite understand what i was trying to do ...
