has a date .......... actually it does not become law until the end of article 50 .. the date even thou it is set in uk law EU law supersedes it until an end date has been selected by the EU at the UK request

so we are actually caught in a Remain backstop ..

which is why the EU could extend Art 50 for years and the UK would have to agree because No deal has been removed by parliament

Every variant of Brexit has been voted down by parliament since the amendments have been tabled on the withdrawal act voted through last year which set the date into law .. and since then amendment after amendment has been repeated and failed to get accepted

except the Brady amendment ..........which removed the backstop .. EU will not accept

and NO Deal off the table .. meaning the EU does not have to change any agreement
