Thanks. Personally I think piggybacking on Keytruda’s success will be Scancell’s quickest route to commercialisation. As Keytruda grows, so will Scancell. After that, who knows?

A check Point inhibitor does absolutely nothing, if T cells and the correct T cells are not engaged ... and even if a t cell is present that can respond to the cancer it may be so "tired" that little response in the patient is recorded

Scancell can reset the balance if the patient is displaying the selected epitopes for Cd8 and just as important CD4
by boosting or actually starting a T cell mediated attack on the cancer with very specific T cells of High avidity
using the immunobody platform

Now even if the patient is NOT displaying TPR2 ... for instance with Immunobody SCIB1 vaccine, the vaccine still carries the GP100 Cd4 epitopes so that an immune response can cause "inflammation" and that may be significant as it can draw in a response to neo Antigens (personal) and NK cells if the cancer cell in question carries little identification

this is not about "one direct attack" its about firing up the immune system

because it turns those "helper T cells that cause inflammation into Killer cells ... which not only inflame the environment but actively kill it ... so its a one stop shop ... ie once a particular CD4 T cell is developed that is capable of overwhelming the cancers ability to use its Pd-1 ligand .. and if it does ... it exposes itself because at the same time of displaying PD-L1 it presents citrullianted epitopes which drives clonal expansion even further unleashing yet more T cells .

PD-1 has demonstrated in Patients with strong immune systems that it can eradicated cancer in under 6 months
