I struggle with that idea, however Lindy has mentioned in the past that CTL4 yervoy was compatible and possibly synergistic with Moditope ... how ever if the mouse model is already 100% survival exactly how this would be tested to show synergy would be of interest, it maybe that in Humans those that might fail Moditope could get a boost from yervoy but then we have the TCR and Modi2 to fall back on ... anyway at this stage its years away from any serious discussion ..

if your look at NK cells you need to research glycolipid antigens .... so you can have a cancer not expressing antigens recognised by t cells but still have inflammation caused by NK cells so loss of surface antigens for instance TPR2 can still see an immune response going on ...

Tried to explain this before ... that Kick starting the immune system by a vaccine could start a cascade of other immune agents getting involved ..

like wise Kick start NK cells could open up a cold cancer to other vaccines ... by using the cytokines generated by NK cells to attract T cells from the vaccine ... or indeed spur Autophagy
