The enolase patent is held by the Karolinska Institutet but for autoimmune decease hence scancell had to get agreements and apply for another patent for Cancer

Scancells mouse data required the addition of T reg suppression to achieve 20% response in the mouse in the solid tumor setting back in 2009 ... even thou this was not the setting for the trial it was the only way to establish the immune response that could be expected in the adjuvant setting ....

in the Human setting some patients had complete disappearance of lung mets without T reg suppression ...

so you are trying to suggest that the mouse data from 2009 was the same setting as the combi mouse today is ludicrous ..

and i have already explained the Hypothesis of using PD1 and the Vaccine came from Human data ... which was then proven up in the mouse model ..

because you are not understanding that Scancell was interested back in 2009 in the immune response in the mouse not the tumor clearance because that data was slewed by using the T reg suppression ...

scancell Then was only considering the Phase1/2 adjuvant trial ....

beyond expectation was the fact that the phase 1 data saw responses .... in the solid tumor setting ... not expected ...

or are you going to argue that as well ..

reverse engineer the human data back to the mouse model which is what Scancell did with "synergy" .... which was then shown to work in the mouse model ...

that was not the target, bermuda .... "bulky tumor" indeed if you read it they suppressed t regs. to achieve that. the Predicted target was the adjuvant setting ........... however that is a very difficult thing to create in the mouse model ... you have to work with solid tumors then predict an outcome based on the immune response observed

just look for C57B16 mice ... they are the SCIB1 ....

if you read the documentation that i gave you just .. its in there ... but not as a graph which would help ...
