Have another placing. Eventually this will end up in administration. Watch out for FORWARD SELLING or selling of shares not yet issued. Its quite possible you will see more shares trade than shares issues. Of course all illegal but is given a green flag. Where all shareholders with rose tinted glasses are shaftes over and over.

Its like a turkeys voting for Christmas. The company now needs to issue a lot of shares. Any rise in the share price will be sold into buy a select funder. Watch out for forward selling. We know it happens,

Any funder (dependant on the vote being in favour of giving the company authority to issue more shares) would demand a very big discount. 50% or more. There could also be forward selling into any rise on the vote being approved. Shareholders always get shafted either way.

Watch out for any rise on approval, it is almost certainty to be sold into with shares not yet issues. Yes its supposed to be illegal but why should that matter. Its always been done despite the denials and the rules. Its not for me. Billions of shares need to be issued and the money will not last and they will be back for more with more carrots and promises. Very possible. All while the shares are suspended looks like. When it comes out of suspension we could see possible 100% or more gains. Impossible for any shorter to close. So now is the time for them to buy back prior to suspension.

Shame for Long Term holders but an excellent opportunity for new buyers and traders. One has no other choice but hold/buy into suspension.
