Read between the lines. There is only ONE option but they have to explore others and obviously those other options reached a dead end.

First is to be positive and give a good report. Lots of possible new deals. Get shareholders to give the authority to the management to issue shares. After that you can guess what is coming. What will the company do with this authority? If there were other options why the second vote? LOL. There is only one option. As shareholders are daft and are still got rose coloured glasses on they will vote yes on the GM for the resolution for more authority. Now how much is going to be raised? How many shares issued? I think between 2-3 billion new shares. And the funny thing is they will no doubt need to do a share re-organisation to boot.

Ask just one question. Will the management take part in the placing? THE COMPANY IS NOT A GOING CONCERN. Yes it may get some more cash but it will not last long or see them through to profitability. More placings to come after this one.

AVOID. Only invest what you can afford to lose as you will lose. Administration in 4-5 months.

Greenstone investment here went badly wrong in early days. As the share price has bounced nice and I believe they have profited from the rise they have decided to move on. Its possible as Mark Sawyer is friends with Mick they may join him in his new ventures which are looking for Capital. Zioc. Far. Cusn. Or any other venture.

Greenstone were forced to sell at a discount. SRB now have good intuitional support and Greenstone were in need of cash for its other investment plans. ~

All good for SRB. This drop will quickly close. SRB must be swimming in cash. So as above this is not a placing as we know it. Greenstone is not selling as something is not correct. They need cash for a new venture. No more. All is well with SRB

Of course Greeenstone are placing their shares with New Institutions. No new shares were issued.

Mark Sawyer who founded Greenstone left Xstrata when it was taken over by Glencore. He worked closely with Big Mick Davis.

Their investment with SRB was not plain sailing. They were down on this a lot. They had too much locked up in this and prevented them from doing other things.

As the share price has moved up they are taking this opportunity to move on. Other plays are appearing so they need cash. They have placed their share with strong holders.

The share price will rise back up. This is NOT a distressed sale. The company (SRB) has not sold shares or issued shares. All looks good and with gold at all time highs SRB is a good hold.

Let me make my last post a little clearer. They will issue 2.3 billion shares early next month. After shareholders will vote for a placing. If the shareholders do not vote to give the company authority to issue shares the company will be wound up. It should have been wound up long ago. It is NOT a going concern. Now why would people buy?

Greenstone wants cash to invest in other opportunities. This is a placing of their holding. The shares have gone up a few hundred percent and now GS is taking advantage of that. Gold has had good run. GS got others plays that it wants to invest. Thats it. No more. The company has raised no cash. With the price of gold the company must be swimming in cash.

2-3 billion share are going to be issues if approval is given. Of course all at a heavily discounted price. Any premium will be sold into.

The results are dire. All down. Ignore promises of bug orders. There has been big orders for years and nothing materialises.
