Used for treating many various symptoms of inflammation such as rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis. It is also used to treat ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, plaque psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and uveitis.

So many people on this planet have too much inflammation. There is a big reason why this company is called IMMU pharma. P140 should be a relevant therapy for most autoimmune diseases (ADs) in much the same way as Humira a non Steroid and other steroid treatments.

This is a very big market and P140 could play a new major role if in deed IMM has discovered a break-through. Obviously the big boys must be looking at this.

I could not understand why people were buying these yesterday on approval of giving the company authority to issue shares. I even suggested 2-3 billion shares were going to hit the market. Why on earth buy when you know so many shares are coming? Silliness.

Now when will be the next 5 billion shares hitting the market? The company is a basket case.

Avion has rights for Lupizor distribution in the USA. Still in stage 3 trials and all funded by Avion.

The company keeps the rights for the rest of the world. The company is free to sell a licence for the rest of the world and has been talking to bigger players on this.

P140 can now open for all other conditions and licence deals. . Expect news from FDA and P3 trials. Perhaps Avion want to partner ship more of P140? Not sure how that works to be honest. But news on multiple fronts must be due.

We wait for FDA on trial permissions. News should be due here any time.

If anyone takes corticosteroids for too long the adrenal glands could stop functioning, leaving one addicted to steroids for the rest of their life. (not anabolic steroids taken by some body builders).

We are told P140 is a breakthrough in understanding of the mechanics of the immune system. It works differently than what is on the market at the moment and without the many side affects?

Yes and the only meds out there at the moment to deal with many sickness is to lower the immune system. It does not deal with the cause of the disease. Inflammation is the body`s way of the trying to heal itself. Often it is the immune system that is the problem and causing the discomfort. The immune system has become over sensitive.

P140 works differently than other meds such as Prednisolone and other steroid or corticosteroid medicine.

Tim did say a few companies were showing interest for the evidence of how P140 is a breakthrough. We could get some news any minute. We have a block buster here and it could be transformational.

I have blood cancer and my white blood cells are going through the roof. Basically my own immune system is attack my skin and I am coming out with all sorts of things. Its like I spent a night out bare skin in the jungle full of mosquitos. Got lots of bites.

The hospital put me on Prednisolone. A great drug that lowers my immune system. Its stops me from attacking myself and the amazing thing is it stops all my inflammation in all its various forms. Its very good for any type of swelling and allergic reactions . Its a miracle drug. Actually Prednisolone is prescribed for so many many things now days. What is this to do with P140?

The thing is Prednisolone causes not only many side affects that you would not wish on your enemy. It leaves those who take it very venerable to infections of all kinds. Not good to be on it too long. Stay on it too long you age very quickly and it steals the stored minerals in your body. Your bones get weak and muscles disappear.

P140 if proved to be successful it is the same market as Prednisone. Actually if things are correct as the boss thinks P140 could be better than Prednisone as it does NOT interfere with the immune system. Its actually of global significance. This breakthrough could help millions and millions of people who suffer some sort of immune disease.

It seems to me that big pharma has to be interested in P140 and a breakthrough in mechanics of the immune system. This product is too big for the company.

Possible take-over here is very very likely. At least a free carry into trials by someone like GSK.

You should look at the PRICE straight after where you said the share price is going nowhere. It proves you do not know much. But of course a share price can fall after it has risen 50%.

If you know so much tell me what share will be the highest riser tomorrow please so I can make some cash? Or is it just IMM that you know of?

Obviously he was wrong about the share price going nowhere.

Back in January the company issues a "reason for the share price rise", RNS. Stating.

"As announced on 9 January 2025, the Company has made innovative groundbreaking advancements in its preclinical research program focused on P140 and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. This new discovery, conducted by the Company's R&D subsidiary ImmuPharma Biotech, has yielded data that provides novel insights into autoimmune disease mechanisms".

No reason has been announced as of yet. They are obliged to inform the market. Shortly they should come out and reveal interest by big Pharma in IMM ground breaking advancements into inflammation and the immune system.

Its a very very big market. Big players could take out IMM in a take-over in order to get the research. Watch out guys.

Cant be much money left and how long will that last? They will be back with another few billion shares at some point. When exactly is anyone's guess. Its far away from monetisation. It gets to the point where one has to issue more and more shares and get less and less for them. Its at this point shareholder should reject any further share issues. Let the company go to the wall and stop throwing good money after bad. When and if its main customer moves there is nothing left here.
