Contract Awards.14 Feb 2025 10:43
Ifs just a matter of days or weeks where the company announces a contract award. Often the shares may rise on such an announcement. God knows why as like all contracts won, none are profitable. Most contracts are for small amounts so small the company is so embarrassed to reveal the exact values of contract.
Fact is any contract announced, costs more to fulfils than what is made. Look at all past contracts won last year, they were too numerous to count. Yet all were non profitable.
Actually this company’s format is flawed. Its set up to win contracts and offer services that never bring in enough cash to where the company is profitable.
Looking at the realities here we see the company depending and reliant in, placings. The most disappointing thing of all is that without placings the company would cease to exist.
Lets conclude that it is most obvious now, is the company in its next AGM will ask shareholders for permission for more authority to issues more shares. And or (depending on several factors) the company may have to also get permission (from the courts) for a share reorganisation. The nominal share value needs tk be changed.
What does this point to? Is it not obvious? More shares are coming but not before share reorganisation.
Why give the company permission to issue, more shares that wipe you out? Why would Turkey’s vote for Christmas? Its ridiculous.
Why is it that there are some on these boards pushing this company as a buy but never warned Pi of the issue with this company and loss making contracts?
In the next EGM that has to come, Vote against the resolution to give authority to sell more shares or if required, permission for share reprganisarion.
These constant placings must end. Anyone buying here could lose the lot when the company realises it is the end of the road of constant placings. Send a signal that the shareholder will no longer support placings that wipe you out.
Oh last thing, ignore any new contract win. Any false rise is share price, you should get a good chance the chance to exit. Oh one more thing. Ignore this nonsense about growth from the board.
If you’re in the mood. When a contract is won, demand to know the value of the win.
Good luck all.
