The company had little choice but do a placing. I had no holding here prior to todays announcement as I was concerned about lack of cash. I saw a placing coming. Its good to have go one away.

However that Landstead still here with this profit sharing agreement I think the share price fall will continue. Never seen one of these agreements work. They always force share price lower. By their nature the company never gets what it wants from it and Landstead seemingly will force this lower and lower as it unloads. Not good. Straight placing would have been better and with someone other-than them.

Its a problem having them still around. It was them that forced the share price below 1.0p

Better without them. Going to be a certain drag on the share price now.

So sorry. I know what placings are like. AIM is really cesspit. Mostly its gambling. Best thing to do to save your money is never believe what the management say. When they buy it’s a good pointer. I could see a placing was coming, I tried to warn others here. Got a lot of feedback for doing so. Even today there are some that still hang on to a belied the pipeline will come good. Damn contracts never even cover the salaries of the individuals that work on the contract. The formula this company operates on is flawed. Best to see it as a charity. It takes your money and then has the cheek to ask for more. Eventually if will fold when Pi say, “No MORE”. Why vote to give authority to the board to issue more shares?

Soon a vote will be put to the shareholders. They will probably vote yes.

The reason they will need to consolidate is not that the have too many shares but the fact that the nominal value is £0.004 and they are not allowed to issue shares lower than the nominal value.

They will change the nominal value. Then cancel shares. Did they not do that not long ago? Rinse and repeat then.

This company is dire and I do not know why anyone has bought shares here. I been saying for decades people should avoid this company and just days ago I issued a warning that a placing was being organised. Given a hard time for sharing the obvious. Too many caught up in this invisible pipeline.

More placings to come guys and most certainly a share reorganisation of some kind if and when cash runs out. They can never issue more shares as the share price is getting close to falling below the nominal value. Such a shame.

I did not like what I read about Lanstead. I hate these profit share agreements. This is where Lanstead sells shares. And where it seems to benefit when the share price falls. They did this last time and it was the LANSTEAD profit sharing agreement that forced the share price sub 1.0 pence.

Terrible company and one that will hold back any share price rise.

As the company continues to make a loss, and its contracts do not cover wages the company has no choice but begin a process once again to issues shares. With more losses to be announced next month and the last cash raise no almost exhausted shareholder must brace themselves for the next cash raise and further dilutions. Do not be taken in by new contracts which do not cover salaries.

Best to see this company for what it is, a Charity where you give and give and keep giving with no expectation of a return.

Share price no 0.5. Exactly where I said it would be and got insulted by resident policewoman for sharing my views.

This really is a poor company and eventually everyone will lose their entire holding here as it will never reach monetisation. More palcings go come when cash is gone. Give it 6 months and they will be begging again. Damn. Should not be allowed to trade.

Kept afloat by placing and cash must be running short again. Looks like this company can only get cash from placings and it will not be long where it will be thinking about planning another placing.

As usually a heavily discounted placing wiping out anyone left remaining. The company should have been wound up long ago. There is no real business here. As I keep saying this company really is a charity, it takes and takes and keeps taking giving no return.

Pipelines are meaningless. They are just hopes. CPX always had large pipelines. They could never convert them. Companies like this eventually fall into the hands of others. It never reaches monetisation. I think my first post on here was about 20 years ago. I have seen off many other over-positive posters than the core I see today. So many have been wiped out here. Its down 99.75% over the years. And like I said the other day they can easily fall another 99%. Soon or later when the company seeks more authority to issue shares the shareholders will refuse. This is a typical life style company. Placings to keep the few in salaries. More placings to come. Sooner or later it is better for shareholders to say no more. What deal exactly? All deals ever mentioned leave out the cash payments. Obvious really. So many have bought into the one more deal business. It is not going to come. What will come is more placings. Better see this company for what it really is. A CHARITY. Always said it and got a lot of criticism from those who police this board and has taken action against me for sharing my views. Any money you put here, right it off like you do with a Charity. Never expect a return.

Would not surprise me, that the drop here over the last few weeks was forward selling. Often a share price rise is orchestrated to actually complete forward selling trades.

4 months down the line and there will be more placings here. Sorry to say.

I did not advertise my thoughts on it on the chat board. But I did sell my entire holding over several days last week. And I held back to buy back. I do not need to explain to you my entire method about my holdings. When I buy or sell is to do with me only.

A true lilfestyle company that is a gravy train.

There are no positives. This is a placing to pay salaries and to keep paying salaries as the company does not make profit with selling its services. It is kept afloat by placings.

One thing you can be sure of is more placing will come. When Pi refuse to buy their paper any more and it cannot do placings it can only head to administration. Someone will eventually take over ownership. The company will survive but pass into the hands of another business. Pi and shareholders will eventually lose ownership of this outfit as they will not longer fund the company.

I really dislike this company.

So employing of MORE staff? Sorry guys sooner or later when the pipeline is not realised you will see that costs are up. The money will be gone and they will want more money later. This company is already burning through cash and is unable to reach monetisation. It is kept afloat by placings.

You are still missing the point of my posts. Yes I have been in many a company that issue placings. Always said it and have admitted it time and time again. I went out of my way to explain that I had been in two many companies that issues placings. Named them. Yes 20 perhaps. Or even more.

Yet lets be clear, every time I have suggested a placing was coming here, You have been nothing but rude and unpleasant. I think I have warned each time a placing was coming here, but you never listened. The Post history is there for all to see.

I wish the best for you. I know how painful these things are. Hope you do not lose too much. And who knows the share price may go up. I sold all my shares last week in IMM. This morning they did a placing so I dodged that one. Dealing with AIM companies is dangerous. Most if not all get their cash from placings. Few ever reach monetisation. This company is one of those. BE CAREFUL. Good luck.

There is no or little money in the business. No cash generation. This company is kept afloat by fundraises as we can see. Always said it and have been badly treated by suggesting it. I have been suggesting this for more than 10 years.

(Just a few posts from here actually and can still be seen as posts are few and far between).

"PLACING IS CLOSE". 11th February post by me. I think my crystal ball was spot on.

Hope the share price does not fall too much. I know what it is like to be in a company that has placings. I have always said I have been in companies that had too many placings. Always shared how we should try to avoid them but often it is impossible.

Why fight me?

I did say one was close at the end of this sentence. Just 2 days ago, and boy was I correct.

REGULAR AS CLOCKWORK. They are mostly out of cash again as contracts do not cover costs. Placing has to come in the next few months. Still a chance to trade for some. Its not as if a placing is due tomorrow. But certainly a placing is due, sometime in the 2nd quarter.

Beware of certain rampers that have always ramped this company. Down 99% over the years. You think it cannot go lower? It can fall another 99% quite easily.

Next placing not far.

Still this company is far from monetisation and contracts do not even cover salaries. So what is the point really? PYC is kept afloat by placings and guess what? You should expect more placings.

Who knows, at times a share can rise on a placing. EME is still up 60% from its last placing. That placing was for a reason. Despite being told this raise is for growth. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. This is a charity which means it takes and takes again. Nothing for the shareholders.

More placings to come. At some point administrators will be called in as Pi get fed up of funding the salaries of a management that has a history of failure.
