Waiting for a pullback to get in and benefit from the divi,it looks like it may get back to pre xdivi levels quickly because of the strong bullish trend that was started last week
Only hb share up by 5% today vs 1-2% for the rsst, have i missed a broker upgrade?
Hi spurs 90,
When are these unemployment no's out that you're talking about ?
Hi everyone,
I hope you've had a nice weekend so far,
Was wondering with the big bullish price action in HB's last week, good results from psn vty and 6 the unexpected 6 mnth stamp duty extention although only upto 250000 till sept,do you think we have entered or going to enter a new bullsh higher price range aiming for precovid highs (MOSTLY ATH for HB's)?
Thanks
meant 23 dec to 27 jan
Has gone upto highest in 2 months today, looks like mostly due to higher oil price which did nt affect sp from 23 dec to 27 dec,but only just recently!
Looks like it's got a rocket underneath it,the budget done,no results today it should be having a breather today...
Hi everyone,
Check out xdividenddate.co.uk very good site, updated daily!
Did everyone realised when sunaks speach was delivered or much later?
Interesting to note that PSN gapped down at the open down 31 points at 8:04 and only started to take off and go positive at 8:26 not very bullish!
Just when i thought its maxed at 2840's its gone up to 2871!
Just when i thought its maxed at 2840's another high of 2871!
Does anyone think the budget will affect HB sp's today and WHY?
thanks
Does anyone think the budget would affect HB sp's today and why?
mulling wether should get in now and sell for a quick one on a pop tomoz am,bit hesitant if market does nt like the numbers
Psn(2nd biggest) has not build more high rise than tw 3rd biggest builder in the country?
I am thinking since psn was the only HB which warned about the effect of pandemic on yearly performance in the january update I can't see how they cannot repeat it and what if they announce they need to allocate more than the £75m pledged in january as tw have annouced total £165m these could push the price down even if they reinstate the 235p annual divi, what do others THINK?
Hi everyone,
I think if the June extension to stamp duty and the mortgage guarantee scheme is the only housing related points announced
in the budget HB sp's should not really be affected since they are already priced in.
I too hope 2021 is a good year for HB shares,(Just hope we don't get rising bond yields again )
Maybe even reach precovid highs!?
Hi krusty,
Yes I know about today, this will be priced in from today,I am thinking about Wednesday and the possibilities...
