Agree , the more I have read and to be honest did not understand at first the more I believe we will all come out of this well. Hopefully it will be confirmed sooner rather than later if interest is applied daily/weekly to this judgement so fingers crossed for early resumption.

I think what must not be overlooked is how shrewd randeep is , this will have a considerable effect on where this ends.

Agree with the assets in the worst case will be sold undervalued but in this case the assets are worth close to the real market value due to supply and demand and exactly what they are so I would be confident on a 70-80% realisation for these.

RR shares at this price is a ****take in the just of assets they own alone

Fig , after looking at this throughly for the last few days without passing over the huge amounts of info you have kindly uploaded in simpleton terms with the legal structure of all this Randeep to get the most of the liquidations/winding up etc which he will as shown by the underhand sort of tactics or litigations we have read into this is how it has needed to roll. Randeep will come out of this with far more coins to his collection and in this situation means shareholders will also irrelevant if he wants to or cares. So even if monies are shared between shareholders after monies are paid to the biggest creditors etc means we might not elevate ourselves to rich positions but we will have more than it stood before suspension I’m certain.
