Whiz , it matters zero what we think , it’s in the hands of FCA but they have so much to deal with right now and sad but true amigo are needed big time now and for the next few years so amigo hands are not tied by any means that’s for sure and as the stupid credit system will show more and more through the next few years less and less people are eligible to borrow mainstream and FCA will know this for sure

Whiz bang , with all due respect your incredibly inaccurate to say the least , amigo has quantified past loans and potential claims so they are very much aware of where these will end worst case scenario. Lending with the knowledge of FCA backed for now ( they change their mind quite a lot ) will help considerably with monies coming in and pretty much the loans even with defaults currently running will pay for the claims now and future. BUT this is an impossible situation going forward , FCA will have to deem current claims unjust etc which is why 2500 claims are unpaid at present and I will say whatever criteria that is if they are unsuccessful now future claims with same element will also be unjust, so long term as this always has been will be very rewarding just sit tight and smile :)
