Yuri, what would you class as serious money ?? I’m not sure if your aware of this but not all directors etc have huge sums of money to put into companies they are working for !!! Most have bonuses , share options etc so saying they have no incentive as they don’t own huge amount of shares is nonsense

The only way there is no money left for shareholders is if randeep has somehow pilfered away all the assets to god knows where but and a big but is that he is the biggest shareholder this is why I’m positive .....he ain’t a stupid man with an ego the size of China so let’s see

The structure of all this court proceedings does let me look into the “doubtful “ wording too much for sure , it’s a circus with behind the scenes goings on which really does make sense with the processes shown so far so I will stay positive

It’s not a great RNS for the sp but it’s honest and shows the position we are in which we all are aware of , it states that complaints are done bar a few and they are having more due to the CMC again in which they state they are working with the FCA regarding these. So really speaking they can see the CMC really taking a hold and are fighting back with the correct authorities to stop this before it gets out of hand so positive for me
