I have to wonder how realistically in a court of law with the amount of assets on show , contracts , money in bank they could not come up with an agreement on both sides ??? That makes absolutely no sense at all

Yes mark , this is what I understood. Now the amount of trades within the last few weeks to suspension there could be no way surely regarding the size of buys etc that this outcome would if ever been the case and correct me if I’m wrong the court case was for green dragon to liquidate and not G3 yet green dragon has not had a mention ??? That is more than odd !!

If at all G3 has been wound up /liquidated there would have had to be a court case ? You cannot do so without ? But hang on correct me if I’m wrong , would it just be that possible to do such a thing with however much debt with shareholders or banks knowing zero ?

If the dates within are correct they do not correspond with G3 still listed and trading on LSE so that would incline it is a green dragon winding up/ liquidation order ?

So your all saying it’s a winding up petition for instance from G3 to green dragon ? But green dragon is not mentioned at all and G3 , company etc was ? Obviously it could be the outcome we was expecting and poorly written to not be very informative with the company heading ??

Shareholders will get absolutely zero for the simple reason the assets will be worth literally nothing on a liquidation setting so on paper billions in reality with this zero. Fair chunk of cash gone but you live and learn don’t you

Problem is randeep hates anyone making money off his back and loves games , always been the same so probably all his toys he threw out when he couldn’t have them exactly where he wanted them , his ass was covered seeing that these companies are so entwined he couldn’t lose so boom sink the ****er

PP , sorry to hear what yourself and family are currently going through and I wish your daughter the very best throughout her treatment. Unfortunately I lost my daughter 3 years ago through a genetic condition she was born with, this has given me in mind to invest in companies that can actually help human kind so I make money with also the type of companies I invest in making progress to eradicate the hurrendous diseases currently within our world. My biggest investment is within vela simple because Sir Chris Evans who specialises in cancer trials and treatments was a great help throughout my girls short existence and without him she would not have lived to the age of 6. So these investments are extremely worthwhile in my world that’s for sure .

Ah , the misconception of the dictionary is fully up and running on the board. Wise words on all that is relevant and knowing very little in regard to the genetics of the company in question , but you really have the zing of interacting with persons or not but let’s face it someone in the “ uk “ has it in bundles here :)
