Anybody can be wrong about something or someone or have a bad day or be ****ed off , I’m sure as the board matures with us all it won’t matter at all the respect will be there :) , I have been down before by quite some thousands more than once lol , ass puckered for sure but I believed so as journey says “ don’t stop believing “ lol :)

Clint it’s low enough don’t fret , if this passes try and hold for over 50p , let’s see how long we can all go for :))))) I’m here until £1 always said it and it won’t change so good luck all of us :)

See maybe and please share your thoughts , is it because my average is 8p that I could be somewhat a little blinded ? Is it as for instance I have been through EUR with it being suspended and now up to 36p I am hardened ? Am I looking at the economy too much to see how it can cope without the likes of amigo ? There are so many angles but one I don’t think you should forget is the gut feeling , not emotionally but your instinct :)

Clint, I suggest you have my carpenters brain and fat fingers my friend lol . Hey look each to their own but my only opinion of mark is that when I first came in a lot of his points made me invest , they were actually both sides and from the days of hillman etc there are only 3 or 4 of us left , me , mark , seamus etc and since those days we have touched base from the LSE boards so firstly it was good to know they were real people , they could have de/ramping agendas but either way a constructive ramp or deramp is fine within the information isn’t it ? If it’s fact then the both sides helps us all . I feel like I could run amigo after so long within but I have never sold from day one such a long time ago and should of a few times over the last few months but that is where I’m not a trader , I’m long term , investors like mark can trade in and out which is better if you can do along with the LTH , so learning a lot along the way from all :)

I will also point out that non investors posting on this board I have no time of day for as I don’t see the agenda to do so but will skip my mindset for Jimmy as a lot of his posts shows a great deal of research , thought and maybe experience and great knowledge far beyond my realm anyway which helps a great deal in seeing a constructive view for both sides :)

Clint , always appreciate your views mate but I can’t agree with your view on Mark’s agenda , I have been here for 12 months and mark has been in since myself and his views like them or not has always been constructive and asking questions which as an investor you need. Again my reasoning for this post is your opinion on a fellow poster is very much as you can rightfully do , but the posters than bring so much to the board don’t come across like the idiots we all loathe here .

Mark has some good points and rightfully is very weary especially as what has gone on in the past .
I have my doubts also , but I do get drawn to the past few weeks with incentives , certain positions taken within the company , with 3 year plan etc . Would this be extremely pointless knowing their action plan and also surely in the know that this was going to be implemented? I’m struggling to see all the last few months being wasted ?

1)Where a company amends its articles it must send to the registrar a copy of the articles as amended not later than 15 days after the amendment takes effect.

(2)This section does not require a company to set out in its articles any provisions of model articles that—

(a)are applied by the articles, or

(b)apply by virtue of section 20 (default application of model articles).

(3)If a company fails to comply with this section an offence is committed by—

(b)every officer of the company who is in default.

Haha , sorry but I worked hard for my money for some slimy misfit to **** it up thanks ! , I have no doubt the controversy with TB will now shake down any companies involved with him in which all investors will be affected.
