Good to hear your all ok :) , well I was absolutely gutted I couldn’t see my mother in law lol but hey always next year !!.
This has turned really sour and is very disappointing to say the least. Problem we have is TB very clever indeed , FCA very very weak so the only resolution we can hope for is for TB to be ****ed from all this bad exposure which is not for his reputation but for his still live investments elsewhere. I think RMS and Gareth will come to a solution , what that will be we shall soon find out

Yes it won’t rise until , sales news , machine news and so on which is the correct way to initiate sp rises.
Suspension will happen for the reason of board against major shareholder etc. But this could be avoided as Gareth spokesperson has said they are delegating at present so maybe the placing could be scrapped ? Something will give no matter , what that might be who knows but it cannot carry on as it stands for sure.

Fair play I couldn’t agree more , uncanny ! But many here cannot see the light at all. As I have said if I’m lucky enough I will sell as soon as back online , otherwise I will allow a 20% drop to sell with a loss otherwise I have no choice to stay in.

You will see the link and many cases like this , they didn’t break the rules per say at all , the fine print from 21 on will show you this. I’m sure you will understand all investors with amigo will have thoroughly researched the claims , due diligence and so on.

My money is hard earned , free money earns from sp rise in amigo should not be categorised as “ free “ money. As with any investment it’s a risk , a risk of my hard earned money which could go to zero.
Do I feel sorry for any of the claimants ? A few maybe but mostly not at all. Amigo was there to help them when nobody else would and they were a huge risk to lend to ( again amigo having free money from lending money which isn’t actually theirs ?!?) , let’s not forget that and the apr to such is incredibly good in the market place.
All claims now are exactly someone can see having money back for nothing simple as , can I blame them ? Not really !, would I claim ? No simply because I hate the blame culture

I think a link to show where amigo broke the rules might be a clearer image ?? But is there such a link ? Has the FCA finished the review into amigo ? Maybe these questions can be aligned with matters over the last few months leading to where we are today

PPI is a great example , figures in public domain suggest only 30% of all PPI was hidden from consumer buy again as is happening here once a few claims go through end of , all in .
Banks knew they couldn’t win and put aside to pay out but came to agreement with FCA within time lines.
Also the banks know also we will all pay it back too , handsomely as this is the banking system and won’t be going anywhere

My sentiments entirely. Again there is no 100% but it’s been systematic from day 1 and all to appease the FCA , would it be a surprise if the FCA are inadvertently telling Amigo what needs to be in place to justify a ruling from them ? Never be surprised by the FCA , not that the above will ever come to light for sure but it all seems to convenient to be thrown out and amigo burned.

A good few claims are published online. Amigo will never be 100% clean but no way have they been acting like a payday lender and by passing the simplistic affordability tests not a chance

It has nothing to do with confidence it’s putting the pieces together and only an opinion.
This JB talk is a little tedious now to say the least , irrelevant of where my thinking lies with JB he built this company from a flyer so can any of us put him down ? Downplay him at all ? Or think he wasn’t up to the job ?, I suggest you look at past tweets or any of his recommendations, annoyances and you will clearly see he was correct in where amigo was and needed to go.
That doesn’t mean he was the man for the job at this present time or we should all think he isn’t anywhere near amigo currently either , who knows??.
We cannot argue either that current BOD since coming in has put in place some very favourable agreements and positions filled which align perfectly with how they now are showing the way forward with claims

Irrelevant of claims and % upheld , this doesn’t mean for one minute that amigo are holding liability for poor business practices or lending without due diligence.
Come on I’m sure your very clever and amigo has looked at this and have chosen the option only to move forward. By taking on FCA they will go bust end of with how long the process will take and no lending until over so they have been backed into a corner end of but the BOD are very clever also and have planned very carefully to come out the other side.
