The FCA are very similar to HSE which I have a huge amount of experience with. Ultimately they make rash decisions usually based on previous decisions of their own and then need to justify using companies as an example.
Unfortunately the need for claims has come from the land of opportunity , greed for anything “ free “ and I’m still to fathom out how in which the main points given within an application are true and fact even on the basis of as much checks are carried out as humanely possible then this becomes a claim when ultimately a very small glitch has become apparent ? Or they fail to pay ? . It’s utterly ridiculous to say the least especially as there is no such thing as something free, the banks paid out with PPI which was hidden from consumer so very much fair enough but we all pay for this in the end it’s as simple as that.
If you research the FCA you will clearly see they are farcical at best

So we all make the decision , hold and of scheme is accepted then we all should have a prosperous few years or they don’t and investment gone , simple

G, I don’t think the mms can adjust based on where they think this could be going simply based on conjecture. It will only re rate based on rns issued , suspension and opening sp based on information, please correct me if I’m wrong anyone ?

Great summary with the facts and then aligning some of the jigsaw pieces to allow a very good idea of where we are standing. I for one along with a good few others will be holding for the foreseeable.

GTK , again we cannot issue amigo against other monetary lenders it doesn’t work.
No one can forecast FCA stance as they are a rule to themselves.
BUT , I think you need to delve deeper and further back to GJ appointment. Firstly he knew what situation amigo was in, what he could do to propel the company out of this mess. Does it not seem very strange the first few appointments were ex FCA ex , dame of advertising world and then share spoils for all involved within the company !, now this is not to say this deal will work but surely Gary on his daily dealings with FCA over the last few months would have gauged a degree of where he could go with these claims ? Have the FCA not capped £ proceeds from claims to other companies before ? Yes they have indeed with also time scales , so point being FCA will to a point have to take some blame for a % of claims unless all these claims fall into the topping up the loan afterwards as the guidelines were FCA. So it doesn’t seem too foolish to regard a capping of payments etc with a scheme going forward from the above point of view.

I still think this will have either a bottom price going out or stupid high price going out and nothing in between ( low as in 60p by the way ) , but I don’t know why after having my head in the information available and all the videos with the chief whip , they are unbelievably savvy so my head is above £2. Means absolutely zero to anything I agree but it’s the figure that won’t go away :)

My point was to open closely to where last traded would very much be the obvious choice and need , where we get to from there I don’t think is a certainty by any means.
From my time in here the BOD hasn’t performed very well or been vocal as much as needed so for that reason I will opt out. That doesn’t mean in any shape or form they won’t perform well from here on in, I hope they do :)

Complete sense you have written. I’m very confident FCA want and need amigo to survive for claims and loans going forward. All other lenders which have been refused were also within different times to where Britain and the world is now so FCA would look incredibly foolish to refuse and all getting shafted in my opinion.

25p on first week ? Would you care to enlighten us all how you have come to such a figure ? I’m not sure you have read the RNS and where the sp was before suspension ?? Your working out is equivalent to roughly 1.2p a share previously as we now have a dilution of shares of a 20th , if we find this the case on opening then my investment has stayed exactly the same. Hopefully it can push on from then but I don’t think it will have much legs for now, will give a week and will happily sell out to recoup my initial money

I’m in the middle of both sets of arguments and I can see admin could come for sure but in my mind with the employee setups over the last few weeks I can only assume they have had a huge amount of dialogue with FCA and they are both appeasing one another with payouts and continue trading otherwise what on earth as a company would you set up these share incentives ? And also family buying in also ? .
I don’t know what will happen and nor does any other investor but it still seems all that is released is strategic to say the least .

Expru , it is the ex military that gives you a positive view !! I love it :) , this could hit a £1 easily with all the gear in their locker so I’m really looking forward to seeing out this story . If ginger DJ comes here I think we will all have to find him and Finish him off :)//
