As has been said by others they could have been buying positions on the way up without closing any shorts. They must have been doing this to an extent or it would be downright negligence to their investors.

I think ( IMO ) they are some way of covering the 17.9 million so have chosen not to show their hand and contribute towards the squeeze which is a possibility. There is no way they continue to pay interest on 17.9 million shares if they are near to covering, as they are getting zero gain on every share they hold both long and short.

I agree in terms of lth but unless it was one of the big investors from £4 who were launching the takeover then I think it would have to be significantly north of £4.

Some big players already have large exposure / interest in ITM, could they see it as a long term partnership giving them exposure to customers who may normally be competition so longer term it is better for them being a major shareholder rather than taking over the company? Just a thought

I was thinking the dip was at the end of the session yesterday, we are gaining exposure and I expect more new buyers coming in this am, as well as top ups from the dip.

There has been lots of positive exposure in the media over recent days, increase in volume so let's see where this momentum takes us.

At £1 you are selling your self way short ( IMHO of course ), unless you need to take short term profits for cash flow it has to be a hold for 3 years to see the real gains. The £4 marker which is the level the big money came in is key, but they didn't invest at £4 to get their money back so for me the big return will come beyond that level as the orders move through the factory.

There will be traders who have banked decent profits over recent weeks, but if they want to get back in then starting levels are still great value, but ( again IMHO) I would rather keep hold of the shares I bought at ridiculous prices .

All opinions and everyone has different goals but that's the nature of the beast.

It just skews the discussion when some one states as fact that the shorts are fully covered where reality is that they represent the shorts and are doing all they can to get their grubby mitts on shares before their profits are burned.

I said months and months ago that the first few million shares would not be a big issue, my feeling is they still have circa 10 million to cover and this is the reason they continue to shake the tree and try to find new angles.

It has more than doubled in the last few weeks, well done to all those who didn't fall for the dirty tricks and did continue to buy into the 20's, those shares which we had the conviction to buy at those levels are already looking like gold dust .

I agree with another point made regards the big players, they haven't sold and never intended to, even though our resident doom mongers wanted us to believe they had or would. Nothing happening in terms of a takeover anywhere soon, or south of £4 IMHO.

Tennents I see what you are saying, but isn't that the inherent risk of shorting a stock, you are obliged to report your position daily if that holding changes. As I think Digitalis said, reports are required to avoid manipulation.

I believe ( if the short volume is correct and there is no jiggery pokery ) that they havent done anything yet and this has taken them by surprise.

My understanding is that they need to report by close of play the day AFTER they have bought them.

Spicy tends to crawl under a rock on days when the stock is doing well, then come out all guns blazing with unfounded predictions as soon as things turn. He / She / They will be back, although not sure what angle they will be able to find now.

If you were to add 23,000,000 onto the natural increase in demand now this company is getting so much positive press the move upwards could get steeper and steeper.

I am just pleased there are so many who haven't sold and didn't fall for their tactics.

The increase in volume over recent days would give them some leeway to buy "under the radar" which was always difficult when volume was 1.5m per day.

Could they buy under a different company and sell to themselves when the other entity had collected the volume?

Surely they are not sitting on their hands with the view to forcing it down again? With signs of institutional money coming in it would just be too risky.

Qube must be well into a loss by now, the main shy****s have more room but every penny increase is costing them £179,000 so over the last 2 weeks they have seen £4-5,000,000 lost.

They were so busy trying to create uncertainty and push the 20p narrative they got greedy and missed the boat.

Fantastic news selling into APAC where some countries still value quality over price. Still way under valued but the interest is rising.

Unbelievable, as a well exposed, long term investor I have been delighted to see how things have been handled over recent weeks, then this absolute sh** show. I cannot believe it is legit, but seems so although I am not on "X" so haven't seen it for myself.

Call me a cynic but I would be very surprised if anyone in a professional position would put details of their hotel onto a board which is as divisive as this with all sorts of characters hanging around on. Heliscum have seen nearly £1 million of their chips wiped off today and Qube from my understanding must be close to making a loss as they added to their position late.

Pressure on Qube with a smaller number to buy, but 17.9 million problems for the other mob to navigate when the market is buying....

My heart bleeds, but the silence from them is golden.

You need to do better than that Spicy ...... You might be better say "please please please sell now, ignore all the positive news which is circulating and allow us to take our dirty profits and move on to try and trash another company"........ Sorry not selling, only buying more which others are gaining confidence to do as well.

Where are you going to find these 18m shares ? Nowhere under £1.50 - £2 is my feeling.... £179,000 gone every penny the stock moves up.

I would really like to think that all of the shares getting hoovered up at this price are long term investors who have been sitting on cash knowing that this madness could not go on foverever based on the position we believed the company was moving towards.

I really hope that they are made to pay significantly more to buy back the shares they borrowed and sold, Qube as has been said should be able to exit, the other mob on the other hand will really regret this nonsense they have been playing for months now.

What are you seeing pls if you don't mind sharing ? Larger buys could also be investors who have been waiting for some solid news to buy in or add to holdings ?
