I agree. I was going to post something very similar a few days ago. A buyer won't care about SEV's client base, they'll care about the tech and having it all to themselves. I *do* agree that a higher SP will form the foundation for a better takeover offer. The next few weeks will be interesting... will Cascade take up their options?

Not necessarily. In the preceeding FORTNIGHT there were only FOUR trades marked as buys..... basically a sea of red. MM's were probably delighted to shift them on.

I'm used to duplications having the same timestamp. These are all different, so my first thought is/was...4 trades. As for 2x rollovers.... yes, possible. :)

Evening! If Cascade take up ALL their options, they come out at 29% ....very conspicuously and deliberately avoiding the 30% threshold :) and in rely to other posts... if Cascade were averaging down, they'd need to declare. They've not been increasing at 1.5-2.5p, that much is clear.
