The ask is still low enough, you've not missed out ;) I absolutely guarantee that i'm paying more attention to the RNS (which state that spud will be in March) than someone who's wondering why something that wasn't supposed to have happened yet.... hasn't happened yet.

I would now be happy with an IP or whole company sale to Intel or Mobileye for $20M. Tech seems fine, day-to-day running of the business is not. Intel would not struggle to get sales! At the moment, it's the only positive way out that I can see. MUST have crossed the GT's mind as well. He knew that todays news wouldn't do jack to the SP and it's been on its ar*e for basically 9 months.

Cynical of anything he says, good or bad. Large buys and positive Tweets? Doesn't take a genius...... Real question is... what % gain is he after?

While, as a JLP investor, I like your thinking... I don't see what's in that scenario for BMR. Why deliberately let a license slip? They risk losing the entire asset. JLP could shark them entirely and, given AB's history, I wouldn't blame them for doing so. What's AB's/BMR's insurance policy to ensure they don't end up with nothing?

Well.... there is a bit of a pattern emerging with distressed assets..... that was part of my original thinking. This is business and there's some chunky numbers attached. I'd take egg on my face if it meant getting a full asset in return. Time needed to see how this pans out. Market doesn't seem that bothered by the news. Traders have made a few % today

Why terminate the tailings, not the mining? If JLP didn't know and it was kept from them, that's an excellent reason to sue. Buys and sells don't currently reflect a panic sell-off, but I do see plenty of negative comments. I'm currently confident that this can be of benefit to JLP... will be increasing my holding once the knives get put away.

What if JLP *did* see this in DD and kept it quiet. Being JV partners with existing production at other assets, could they use this combo with the Zambian mining department as a reason to be given the asset in full?

Why would it go to 0? Why even suggest that the company has folded- it clearly hasn't. Why this week for the negative comments?

Suspension stops the panic sell-off. If it *is* "just" a paperwork SNAFU, it's probably a smart move. If/but/maybe.

It's also interesting that the SP didn't go up on news of the idea or the completion of DD... but it goes down on bad news surrounding it.

JLP Cannot POSSIBILITY have missed that in DD :/ So.... I am *assuming* that LC and CB think it's all fine, despite how it looks on the surface.
