HUSSAR EP513 FUNDING PROPOSAL

Harlequin Energy Limited ("Harlequin") has presented a proposal to Georgina Energy PLC ("GEX") to provide the funding to drill at Hussar EP513 for the recovery of Helium, Hydrogen and Natural Gas.

The proposal would involve Harlequin funding and entering into a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) for the drilling of the well, including logistics and planning thereof. This will involve working with Georgina's engineering consultants, Aztec Well Construction and coordinating with one of the world leaders in oilfield services who have been engaged by Harlequin.

This proposal is conditional upon agreeing terms and the execution of a formal JOA on the commercial terms for the drilling at EP513, as well as full technical and economic due diligence of the EP513 Hussar License to the sole satisfaction of Harlequin and its advisors.

It's not the Dubai element directly, its that the Indians are its biggest customers, they in turn have USA customers as their biggest sales (with a 50% Trump card)

So the majority buyers, will want lower prices from the tenders, to offset the TRUMP TAX on their US sales as much as possible
