Same month the TL Ministry we have initiated new studies to coordinate development of CHUDITCH , Sunrise and Kelp to all feed Beaco on the South East Coast from the outset on commission

Many companies have said and made plans, with the final say in the demon duo's hands, why its been limbo for two decades prolific finds in the Timor Sea (oz indonesian waters) Industry little interest in TL waters due to the , it all comes to us SET IN STONE...........

Drill in SIX times the thickness reservoir , Shell 90's ALL future Chuditch drills 100% COS , we grow GIIP figures as expected post drill , without progress on the other side of things , say what we want, it will be just a bigger gas field valued at $0.00c like Woodside have on their books for for Sunrise/Troubadour Greater Sunrise 5 tcf (850mboe plus 225m barrels of condensate) .

As said 4 years ago , its why Mr Market gave us zip value when proposing a 100% RTO of Sundagas late 2019 using SHELLS much bigger stats of 100% cos 5 tcf (850mboe) and many additional leads upside across the wider license.......muted response as without that home its just a big stranded puddle in the ground...........

At least with the MOU , we now have a home the gruesome twosome will PERMIT......if someone else pays to build it......

Under many CPEC BRI projects in Pakistan , the technical teams are all Chinese, below them a mix locals, with the general grunt (labour work) being given to locals. the tech teams also responsible for training locals to replace them when they depart for their next project, China provide the whole enchilada........... for sweet preferential trade deals mostly...... It the norm for many China BRI projects for China State owned Power China to oversee, other China state owned companies brought in to develop those projects, so not a wild guess being made by those suggesting PC 🤔

imo , the answer is now very much YES, still remain hopeful that AB's 2028 production is tied in with the TL domestic security project, long before Sunrise sees the light of day.........

Todays snippet of Inpex news, I must admit has aroused some curiosity , given their recent visit and chat with reps of both Governments (Japan/TL) on Natarbora involvement and Inpex plan to advance Abadi nearby....... 🤔

Could also be they want investors , not investing visitors and are looking to keep and raise the price up , without Traders , skimmers and scalpers , constantly sending it backwards for their ickle percentages.........GLA

Gusmao likewise doing a lot of local events and pressing the flesh stuff. It's why no Cabinet last week until Friday, when that $40 million was allocated for the implementation of Tasi Mani (suai/Natarbora ops) .

Well ain't that a pretty straight line West for Inpex to take Abadi thru or connect with Sunrise and on to the Central South Coast of Timor Leste at Natarbora, Inpex in recent talks with TL on involvement in Natarbora (see Filthylucre FB Posts)

HMMMMMMMMM what a blockbuster piece of news that would be INPEX taking control of TL onshore operations, bearing in mind our MOU to take Chuditch there via Bayu Undan....... 🤔

Was £6 years ago and now still only around 5-6 times share issue, £6 / 6 = £1 and back then was on the scale of the coal asset on development of only a small % of the license, in an area that is basically one massive coal seam (so will grow a lot) with ambitions of a mine mouth power stations (which turned later into multiple power projects)

Would usually say on most shares, old sp's are worth used TP or as much use as a chocolate fire guard BUT in this case

if that long awaited GREEN LIGHT arrives with power plans, old Market Caps are the true high (never sp's for here and now traders only)

Any company can exceed its true high Market Cap value ON PROGRESS...........

Japanese energy company Inpex is committing to the expansion of its Ichthys LNG project in Australia, with the addition of a new, third train, in tandem with advancing its Abadi giant gas and liquefied natural gas development in Indonesia.

Ichthys is a long way West of Darwin and feeds the complex on the West side of Darwin's 3 complexes, Abadi is an interesting one, given Inpex recent talks with TL about getting involved with Natarbora, Abadi is to the East of Chuditch not far North of Santos Barossa and ENI Evans Shoal (they have own HUB pipe to East Darwin Complex)

So where will Inpex take Abadi ??????????

The vast majority – $360 billion – of the $400 billion in global upstream oil and gas investments expected this year will go towards offsetting the decline in oil production from existing fields, and continued upstream investment will be needed to offset this decline, International Energy Agency executive director Fatih Birol said Monday in Houston.

“This decline is a huge issue and 90% of the money is going there,” Birol said, while speaking at the CERAWeek by S&P Global event. “Therefore, I want to make it clear. There is a need for Oil and Gas Upstream Investment FULL STOP!

At least we now know from the local press and a DOE Staff statement, the process has been completed and all are sitting in the Presidential office awaiting signature, says hope to have all in place by June, normally that would indicate awards imminent, as the full PSC sign of is usually after the award and negotiations between the two parties, minimum expenditure /plans year 1 , 2 etc etc.....hoping he meant all signed off and done by June 🤔

Hoping that is not the case, the recent MOU for us to go to the Island via Bayu, imo a clear message, to Woodside and OZ, they are going ahead with Natarbora , with or without them.

Since 2002 , have been 2 projects on the books, not just the be all and end all of Sunrise and Exports, as posted many times, still believe Sundagas relationship with TL (long before Boil/Sunda Energy arrived) which saw them given Chuditch NON TENDER as a reward for 4 years assisting TL build its own industry entities like T/Gap ANPM and still assist and give training to this day.

Has AB and Colin positioned in the midst of all TL is doing and again will be rewarded, with the offtake to supply TL's domestic Gas/LNG imports terminal, which was to be Beaco, then Metinaro and now appears all roads lead to Natarbora.

That plan has always been around 5 years in advance of Sunrise production, back then 2030 ,latest tenders Sunrise 2032-2034. AB has reiterated the plan is Chuditch in production around 2028. Time line still fits for those long standing TL plans.

Outgoing PM Rauk in 2021 promised the people , the STABLE Electricity for all was to be done ASAP as soon as GAS is available (always taken as when their OWN gas available = Chuditch) he stripped the Gas/LNG Import terminal away from the Beaco Tasi Mane Plans, implementing Metinaro (see TG Web) stating he hoped that ASAP would be 2025/2026. At the time Sunrise was down for 2030 (so not it)

Appears Gusmao back in charge has put it all back together at Natarbora, scrapping Beaco Gas/LNG exports , Metinaro Gas/LNG Import (Domestic plan) and Betano Oil and Condensate/Petrochemicals.......

All roads now lead to Natarbora, Sunda and AB in the middle of it all since 2016, now have an MOU to supply Natarbora 2028 plan, which remains LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG before any current planned Sunrise production 2032-34

Chuditch - Bayu - Natarbora Imports terminal - 3 x power stations converting to gas - Stable Electricity for all......

Last two Main Market RTO's I have been involved in , have been share based deals with the shell (cor) being valued at £1m being the structure by which the target company , share allocation/ratio has been set for the be it new consolidated higher priced shares, or allocation of shell shares to the target, for a combined return valuation and sp...........
