LW is right about focusing too much on the price of gold.

Rarely post here anymore as I’m content and happy in my holding. Keep an eye out things but I’m waiting to see where we are this time next year.

But on the price of gold - there’s a wedge POG is currently consolidating in and will breakout soon enough.

My bet is it won’t break lower given the state of the IS economy.

Hey LW - completely agree, again just using the chart we are back at the RSI. Typical the SP has stayed stuck to the RSI for 2 or 3 days before kicking off again.

The exception was end of October we put in a base for 2 weeks.

News expected next week, back to the RSI today, tomorrow (maybe Monday?) before it kicks on again. That’s my take just from the previous chart action.

Beginning to look like yesterday was a new, higher low in this lovely little uptrend…

The chart was showing a wedge between the 19p support and a diagonal resistance line… OMI had to make a break today or soon to the upside above that resistance or the downside below the 19p support.

The break to the upside today (above that resistance) is pretty bullish.

Or Coinsillium has an interest in yellow…. Again this could generate reneue.

SWC is a Bitcoin tracker (that burns cash) and Bitcoin is not a good thing hold in this market… maybe in a year or two.

Hey bonker - does that mean you’d think of OMI as a guy at 11p?

Or just you to expect a backtest to 11p?

OMI - 19p has been strong resistance ….. but a close below that isn’t a good sign. Argentina has never been drilled and the market will over react to poor initial drill results. So 11p is not impossible… Or the drill in Argentina finds gold from day 1 and 30p is taken out.

Meh - hold both shares IMO, and don’t have all your eggs in one basket.

But I am more relaxed about ARV if Im being honest.

OMI will do well medium and long term. But there may be some short term pain depending on Argentina and while we wait on the MRE…… but that would let me buy more on the cheap ;-)

Canny wait for the next set of results from ARV - very relaxed about the outcome, and they are any time now..

Bonker is better at this than me but chart looks like we are near the uptrend support so (Jane) yeah a couple more sessions here and we should kick off again - I agree!

Hey JB - yeah still holding OMI and I want to add there at the current price (like LW I hold BRES with news due there soon and which I will sell out of)…So Im hoping no Argentina results till December for OMI!!

I hold as much OMI as I hold ARV… South Pepas could/should deliver an MRE similar to the already declared JORC resource here. But ARV is valued far lower…. and drilling to expand the resource.

I really like both shares and gold is king.

ARV if you look at the chart just looks like it’s beginning to wake up and has a long run ahead of it….

Hey serendipity-yep watching and waiting but this SP keeps catching my eye!

Tech shares are massively over-valued with wildly unrealistic P/E ratios and a crash is widely anticipated. The American markets are only heading north based on the mag 7 (more like the mag 3 now) but they have valuations that are insane are due a severe haircut. The whole market is watching and waiting for it to happen. Quantitive easing may help push the markets on for a bit but it’s a bubble just waiting to burst.

There is capital rotation underway out of the markets and into gold and silver, not the other way. Gold is outperforming the S&P and is breaking out vs the Nasdaq.

The exact opposite of what you posted, Antroot, is what’s happening.

Nobody is selling gold to buy tech. Nobody. Money is rotating the other way. I think that’s why bonker found it funny.

It’s just a feature of this uptrend while we wait on new; . Pulled too far from the SMA into nose bleed territory. The gap has nearly closed again, ready for the real fireworks..

Undervalued and in a nice little uptrend here with support about 0.42p and news any day now.

Rise to 8p not 80

What a downtrend. First became aware of PXEN at 6p, watched it rise to 80 and now in a solid downtrend.

The downtrend has to end. This has to be undervalued now (but I’ve been saying that for a while!).

Still watching and waiting… GLA

Next mining update will be mid - December.

IArcher will have a BRES specific substack post by then as the JORC and DFS should both be released.

A nod may give a short term lift.

It’ll take more than a nod to stop this Bitcoin bear market.

SP paused to let the SMA catch up whilst we wait on the JORC. Steady healthy uptrend in SP without over excitement.

For now….

Ezhik - the labs are busy, however ARV started drilling after WSBN had completed their first hole (started drilling end of September). They got the results from that hole the end of October, weeks ago.

Yes it’s less core to assay, significantly less. Yes the labs in Perth are busy, but if ARV got results back there is not a backlog so the labs being busy is not the issue.

That leaves the amount of core needing assayed as a potential reason for this taking so long….
