"As with the other situations where I'm a holder with concerns, I hope I'm wrong! But can clearly see downside as well as upside here!"
The downside is 0.00p, down from 0.145p.
The question was a realistic upside for market capitalisation.
So what size of income stream is "reasonable"?
0.2p dividend on 2.5billion shares is 5million.
This means we need ~7million revenue.
I would say this is tiny, compared to what we hope it will be.
I had some involvement with refineries, ethylene oriented.
The engineers and operators don't come from thin air.
There are courses AXM can run, and charge for.
There are also optimisation services AXM can provide.
With refineries, where the throughput is hundreds of millions a year,
guess.how much money you can save the plant by improving the yield by just 0.5%?
There is a side effect of 0.5% less **** they have to dispose of.
0.5% more copper/lithium, worth paying for?
If it becomes a viable going concern, the income stream cannot be a pittance.
7million revenue a year is really conservative.
Problem is, the same potential was there 12 years ago, and it hasn't happened yet.
It's like the electric car, just because it's a good idea, doesn't mean it will take off.
Look at the movie about the Saturn EV1. "Who killed the electric car?"
I had a Saturn SL2, and was so excited when the EV1 was announced.
Twenty years later, I am driving a Mitsubishi PHEV, a petrol/electric hybrid, and couldn't be happier.
I would like to think, MetaLeach was simply ahead of its time, twelve years ago, but now the conjunction of the stars hail for the Age of Leaching.
