Some bottom feeding lobster is busy picking up some bargains. Wish I sold some at 0.18p, so I have some headroom to do the same.

It's more or less one year for me. Happy Birthday? Happy Anniversary? Do they do anything special in Purgatory? Every one thousand years, you get cake, hopefully.

Believe it or not, AXM has been pretty good in terms not losing my money. Over the last year, it's BT.A that's been the big disappointment. Just keep taking the dividend, and hope it recovers. Good boy, AXM.

Could have sold at 0.18p just before the placing, but would have had to pay 20% CGT, so didn't want to. New tax year, new CGT and ISA allowance. See those shark fins wriggling, the MMs are happy when they are fed.

You can try to value it like a bond, so the share price is the sum of all the future cash flows (~=dividend) discounted to a net present value. Let us say the dividend pay out will be: 2020 0.1p / 1.03 ^ 2 = 0.094p 2021 0.5p / 1.03 ^ 3 = 0.4575p 2022 1p / 1.03 ^ 4 = 0.8888p 2023 1p / 1.03 ^ 5 = 0.8626p Assuming the discount rate is 3%. NPV 2.3029p = 0.094 + 0.4575 + 0.8888 + 0.8626 If a pension company thinks the divdends will happen like I modelled, then they will pay 2.3p a share, TODAY. Assuming the warrants are exercised, there should be 2,088.73million shares, that means ~�2million to pay 0.1p dividend per share, and ~�20million to pay 1p dividend per share. You can value a bond this way, because you are certain the coupon payments will happen. Of course a share that has never paid a dividend has no certainty at all. This doesn't mean a pension fund will always pay less. They could dream the dividend will keep growing: 2024 5p 2025 5p 2026 10p 2027 10p 5p dividend would suggest a share price of �1. 10p dividend would suggest a share price of �2. 10p dividend means paying out �200million a year, which is quite reasonable for 2026.

Assuming that is an innocent account, somebody will have to deliberately split the 11% into smaller chunks, to avoid public knowledge, which is silly. I would assume the administrators just sold them.
