I have not received anything, but then HSBC Investdirect hardly ever sends me anything.
ISA has a list of eligible assets it can hold.
We are in it because of AIM listing.
If we are not on AIM, then the nominee account cannot keep track of us.
Further, can the Registrar keep track of share ownership paperlessly?
In the penultmate worst case scenario, we will be issued paper certificates, not inside the ISA.
The ISA allowance you used to put the shares in will be lost as well.
We are now Ronin.
The patents do have some value. some vulture fund could send out letters to the 47 Ronins (Keanu Reeves version).
They could offer 0.01p, and then flog them to Glencore for 0.1p.
This is why I originally bought the AXM shares outside the ISA, so that the loss can be preserved, and used against other gains, or carried forward.
Worst case scenario is, Martin calls it a day, and commits seppuku, to atone for his failure.
On his tomb, we will carve: The World was not Ready. (Pierce Brosnan)
The name's Rosser, Martin ******. As in, he tossed his life away on a dead end technology.
The miracle, if it does come, will be a Bond cliffhanger.
From certain death at the jaws of a Great White, Rosser saves the day with:
"Chris Broadbent, the man from Wardell Armstrong. HE SAYS YES!"
NOMAD first.
