I think we all have had time to reflect on what has happened to SP. I have been one of the first people here asking questions about Suzy performance. But life is always about looking forward and not backward. Yes, we can learn from our past but we need to keep our focus on the future if we are to have any success.
I think Suzy is getting the message. I also think that she put too much trust in TheoremRx and had to go against her own word. I think it was a very difficult decision for her as she knows that she would loseshareholder’s trust. She has worked hard to win our trust in the past. In business things don’t always go to the plan. I know that from my experience. I have had very good experience. The most important thing about any business is cash in the bank. Without it no business can survive. We have that the money in the bank for at least 12 months. So, the worst case is off the table.
I have decided to add few more shares as and when I have cash. I have also decided to back Suzy fully for next 4 to 6 months. I have decided to be POSITIVE about the future. The worst is off the table now so there is no point me being negative. There is difference between being negative and having a meaningful discussion. We should focus on ideas how to improve the business. Zoom call and Q&A were great ideas but what else do we want to see? How about a shareholder group with Adam as our main point of contact to BOD? Together We're Stronger! A monthly or quarterly shareholder zoom calls?
If Suzy doesn’t perform in next 4 months I’m sure our major shareholders will be on the case and asking for an audit. We all stick together because we all have a common goal and that is our investment to perform. Together we can bring changes if required. We do have a nuclear option, The Professor. I’m sure Suzy and especially Kevin must have lost sleep when reading his LinkIn profile. lol.
In conclusion, I have decided to be positive and I currently don’t see ANY reason to be negative. We had great news last week and we should not forget that. So im excited to be looking forward for updates and conclusion of VAL201, VAL 301, VAL 401 and other drugs. SP to move back up into 30’s/40’s/50’s in the coming weeks/months!
