What a beautiful today? Sun is out and i cant believe this is happening. The weather has been absolutely amazing!

@RB, I really like the price action. Pressure building and once we take out 13p we should move much higher. My initial target is 18p to 20p. Dont forget you can ONLY sell ONCE. So the seller will be out soon.

@ hoosierdaddy, I understand how you feel. If you look around you, you will notice that everything is constantly changing. So we should also change with it or we turn pain into suffering. I asked myself few questions. One of the questions was, Is this the Suzy we know from Zoom calls and e-mails? I think when people are nervious they react very differently. She was definitely very nerious at the AGM. And it wasnt her finest hour. No one is perfect so I would like to rememeber Suzy as someone who really wants to do something good. Im not going to judge her on one performance. But I do hope she can learn from her mistakes and become a better person. I think she is trying. By working with Adam I feel she has taken a very big step forward. Dont forget Kevin didnt want Adam. Kevin is probably very insecure around real Alph male. lol.

I still feel that big news is coming before the Zoom call. Sometime your mess is your message. Maybe this experience will inspire Suzy to next level. I would love it if she can close VAL201 and get an update on VAL301/Val401.

SP keeps flirting with 13p. Once these sellers are out we should BLAST OFF to 20p.

Like I said "Suzy will NOT do a ZOOM call without the big news". She knows that shareholders are hurt and disappointed. So the lip service will not be enough.

I have not sent any email to Suzy for last 2 months. I dont like to talk to people if i'm upset with them. I will end up speaking my mind. Happy to wait and see what happens. Very happy that Adam is speaking to Suzy.

I liked VAL401 for some reason. Suzy makes big money from VAL401. So she will push that hard. What would happen if Suzy closes VAL 301 first, then VAL 401 and then Val 201 ?

I think this is very possible in next 1 to 3 months!

Been thinking about the Zoom call. I think Suzy will put out news before the Zoom call. If that is the case then I expect MM to move the up the price. Cant see Suzy doing a Zoom call without a super positive RNS.

So when is the Zoom call coming? I think early next month. This gives decent time for MM to move the price to mid 20's or higher!

Why should the MM pay extra money to traders who dont have any patience?

From Friday's close we should have moved past 13p today. But I wasnt expecting those who bought at 10p or 11p to sell out at 12.5p so fast. But this is very positive. The next time we go to 13p there will be no selling. Anyone who wanted to sell under 13p is now out! We are going much higher so best we get these fickle minded traders out as low as possible.

Few who bought on Friday expecting RNS on Monday at 7am were disappointed so they sold out at 8am. This is why you got this small dip. Im expecting a move above 13p. Try a dummy trade for 10k and 50k. There is not much stock below 13p!

Very positive start.... Dont let the red start fool you!

In most cases a red start finishes blue. If we gaped up and then sold off that would have been a bad sign. Today we should finish above 13p. Dont forget on friday we moved up on very little volume.

Busy day for me. Before I go to bed I wanted to share some thoughts on what will happen this week.

RNS this week:-

This is my top reason why the MM moved the price suddenly on Friday. My bet is that we could get news on VAL301 this week. I think if Suzy is smart then she will build momentum before the big news. If she can close VAL301 then the market will start to think that she will close VAL201 and VAl 401. Price will start to move back up again.

TAKEOVER :-

When is the best time to buy a company? When its down and out of favour. Yes, last year there were rumours that AZ was going to buy VAL at £1 to £1.20. What an opportunity to buy it now? I dont think anyone should discount this. This is a real possibility. This is the perfect time for big biotechs to start buying out small companies. We are in a real danager of being bought out. We attracted high calibre shareholders like Adam. What did he see in VAL that he didnt see in any other stock? Why cant we attract AZ or another Biotech? Dont ignore this.

The Adam affect:- So what is Adam affect?

Since I read Adam's post on Wednesday i have been very relaxed. I noticed that many other shareholders are also feeling more relaxed and starting to anticipate something good is going to happen. Adam has bought back the feeling of hopefulness and confidence about the future of VAL. I think he is the right person to be speaking to the BOD. He knows his stuff and in my book he is in top 20% in this filed in the UK/USA. If Suzy listens then you will see massive changes and progress in the coming weeks and months. We are lucky to have him as our major shareholder.

I have a strong feeling that MM read his posts and they are also anticipating news. Worth reading his post again. Lots of information. Posted on 3rd @ 16:22.

Supply and Demand

SP moves on supply and demand. Maybe there wasnt much selling at 10p/11p/12p and so the MM wanted to move the price higher so that can get some stock back. Dont forget the MM only make money when there are buys and sells. The volume has been drying up at 10p/11p/12p so the next level on the charts where MM will find buyers and sellers is probably at 18p to 26p. This is where we have spent most of the time since Suzy took over.

Previous Placing:-History repeats!

If you look at the previous two placing. SP started to move up after 4 weeks. There is a saying that SP has "memory". If that is the case then we start to move back up in the coming days and weeks.

I saw your question yesterday. Im still thinking about it. I have few reasons. Im just trying to see which could be the right one.

VAL started to move after 3pm on Friday. Why did MM suddenly start to move the price without any buying? I posted at 2:28pm on Friday. The level 2 was 5 vs 4 but suddenly it moved up and then the buying started. There are no trades between 14.19 to 15.12 on Friday. Why did MM moved the price?

Its very bullish for next week. We did have some selling at 3.40pm but then the price moved back up again in the last 20 minutes. If we close above 13p then i can see 16p minimum. But it could run to 18p to 20p. Very bullish close.

Im still thinking. Give me one day and ill reply.

@porky.... 4D were burning "one million pound per week" not month. Any business that produces zero INCOME and "burns borrowed one million pound per week" is not going to last long.

You had extream bad luck. 4D was very very high risk. Burning "one million pound per month" was just not going to last. It doesnt matter how many drugs they had. The burn rate was extreamly too high. They were depending on others to fund them. Extreamly poor judgement from the managment. They got used to living an easy life. Managment just liked to borrow money and spend. Most AIM CEO's never think about making any money from the business. The use small shareholder as their personal piggy bank. They just like to spend and spend until they go under. No loss to the managment as they dont hold any shares. Look at ODX.

VAL is very different. We are looking to generate cash via closing the deal for VAL 201 and VAL 401. Look at our cash burn less then £100,000 per month. So i think we have decent time to get things moving in our favour. I think Suzy is a good person. She means well but has gotten rotten advicers around her. Adam will be very helpful here. She will learn from her mistakes.

VAL is gone past 12p for sure. Watch next week and you will learn the hard way again how VAL moves. I think we will settle between 18p to 26p this month!

Hope you recover your money back. Its extreamly painful to loss such a large sum on a single stock. Stay positive and you will make it back. Good luck!

Im looking at 13p. A break of 13p means a new higher high. My target then is 16p to 20p, without news!

If there is news on Monday then im expecting a significate gap up.
