I told you guys.... too many people here are NEGATIVE......This was a BAD DEAL AND we needed to come out. Now we can do some placing and get on with the work!

Before this deal we were at 0.6p..... now we are out of this rubbish deal its good for VAL!

They will have £540,000......MASSIVE PAY CUTS..... BOD to receive no pay until deals are done. They are paid shares in VAL at market price..... this money is only for rent and bills. We can make it if these guys stop being greedy!

The Company announces that it has arranged to dispose of its investment in an unlisted security for c.GBP140,000, the proceeds of which are expected to be received in the next week.

Furthermore, the Company is due to receive a c. GBP400,000 payment from HMRC in July 2019 in relation to an R&D tax credit.

Does anyone see any positive in all this? Management change FINALLY? update for VAL201, deal for VAL401.

All i want to say is this: We all work very hard for our money...most of the people here are working class or middle class. Its very painful to see your investment down over 80% in less than 18 months. Yes, most of the holders here agree that the BOD have made very bad decisions. I come here to see if they is any new information but when i see people posting negative comments based on NO NEW FACTS i find this very hard to accept. Im forced to comment.

We should all be working together and we can be a very positive force. Just think how much influence we will have if we can work together....Together we can make a difference.

There is nothing we didn't know before...... the only new news is that the AGM date....i'm sure they will have the finance resolved before this date....and news out for VAL201. The update for VAL201 was meant to be released at the end of 2q. I think June will be just right time!

This is my take: They want to resolve the funding..... then put out a news for VAL201 and possibly VAL401. They when the stock is at few pence then they would like to raise some more cash....this will be around 5p or higher....

January;- seriously! If you hold this stock why would you put this comment? Why would you undermine your own investment? You have no idea what will be the price on Friday... From the last weeks news and the volume I would expect no less them 0.7p-0.9p!

Its good that we have someone here who speaks to CW on regular basis (Helpful). But I would like to say that you must remain professional. When you are a big shareholder CW will try to build a strong relationship with you so that he can make up excesses.....as you become emotionally involved it will become difficult for you to make a professional judgement. Its in CW interest to build strong relationship with main holders so he can keep taking FREE cash from the company for holidays... hotels.....company meals....all business expenses paid by us and wages. He is smarter then you think....if you don't know who the sucker is in the room then its most likely that its you. YOUR CREDIBILITY IS ON THE LINE.

Yes, the testing was carried out at UCLH!! Just to get a chance to conduct testing there is a big success!

The only logical answer i could find was they don't hold any stock! Maybe they did in the past and lost money but they currently don't. I would NOT listen to them and do my own research. Good luck!

We could all do with some POSITIVE news..... its been a very very long wait.

Some of us here bought at 0.87p and we averaged down.... My average is close to 0.42p. I will not be making any profit but at least we are on the right track.

These people have no idea what they are doing. They are so desperate for money that they don't even read or care what is in the document. They have taken a lot of money from the company and now it's time for them to deliver or take a MASSIVE pay cut until they produce SIGNIFICANT results.

We all have lost a lot of money. I'm down more than £46,0000. They should have some conscious. Their greed has no limit. All they think about is buying their next investment property.

This is why we don't find cure/treatment for cancer. Its people like these that use other people's suffering to load their own packets. Who will invest in the next cancer drug company after what we have seen in VAL?
