Is there news coming?

We are expected news on VAL401? I sent an email to suzy and she replied. I guess she is still working on it. She said that she cant talk about her work but will speak to the higher powers to see if she is allowed to update the market. Just getting a reply from her makes my day/week/month. Its very decent of her to reply even though I understand that she can't give anything out. Wish her and Val 401 team all the best.

Helpful: Not sure why he so hellbent on annoying you. The way I see it you must be doing something right. If you let him get to you he will keep posting here.

You are in a unique position to take back useful points raised here to the BOD. All of us have been stuck in this company for a long time. We have averaged down but still we need this stock to move in the right direction. You should focus all your energy towards trying to get the BOD to do the right things and add value to the shareholders. Once the stock moves in the right direction he will be gone for good.

I'm also feeling very nervous waiting for the news. Like everyone here i also have destructive thoughts that they will raise more money. But if you think about it they have done a lot of hard work to get where we are now. At the start of this year we were not sure if we will survive. There was so much negativity. So far we have a stable production of 120 BOPD, over 1850 service contracts, CRP commissioned, etc.

If you think with a cool mind you will realise that the BOD are genuinely trying to turn the company around and add SERIOUS value to shareholders. We have a CEO (THOM) who has a major stake in the company and he has recently taken over the US operations from CW (Cliff Barnes). It will be him who will be making the major decisions on CPR. Thom (Bobby Ewing) is the oil man in the company. We have to have some trust in the BOD based on what they have accomplished this year. So don't let anyone poison your mind. Just look at the FACTS.

Having spoken to Paolo (J. R. Ewing) at the AGM he seems like someone who is determined to create value. Im confident that all will be well once the news is released. We all know what J.R Ewing does to Cliff Barnes?

I think we have seen the lows in VAL !

They have enough money to last until they get a deal for VAL401. I'm expecting some positive news on VAL401 in next few weeks. The two companies that are looking into VAL401 must be re-testing the drug to see if its working and if its worth their investment. The longer it goes on i feel more confident that the drug is working. Hence, why i think this is the bottom!

At the start of this week Helpful said that Thom is back from US and he might have more service contracts. We have production numbers from August due, possible service contracts, CPR's and future plan coming next week. I would not want to be out or talking rubbish here. BOD must be very frustrated with sp.

I agree that not many of us trust what the BOD has to say. I think this is the reason why they MUST make the changes. If they don't then this company is going bust. No one trusts what the BOD has to says anymore. They have to deliver real value. Its will not be easy task but they has had a lot of time. I really hope that they do something.

The down side from here is VERY limited. You can pick up a cool million for £700. Just few months back people were paying over £3000 for it. Having spoken to Simon he seems confident that we will be fine. Time to average down people. I could lose few hundred pounds or make thousands back if the BOD does pull though a deal. GTW is very interesting. I hope they get it done!

The repairs could take several weeks if not months. Then there is no guarantee that these Yemen’s Houthi rebels don't do something more dangerous. I wonder what the USA will tell Iran. Iran does not want Saudi Arabi selling oil while US has sanctioned it from selling any oil. This is great news for Attis as oil price will be in excess of $70. The tensions in middle east could hit all time high next week.

I hope the BOD take advantage of this situation and update the market regarding their future planes, production numbers, CPR's, etc. Next few weeks could be really interesting for Attis.

It was refreshing listening to Thom speaks. He has major interest in Attis so I feel he will make the best decisions for all the shareholders. He seems to be making all the decisions where it matters (USA). I don’t have any enmity towards anyone. I have attended all the AGMs and spoke to the BOD. I just want the BOD to take into consideration the shareholders who bought into this company few years ago and are now sitting on a very big loss.

The interview has come at the right time and now we can expect a good flow of news in the coming days/weeks. Lets hope we all have a great Xmas!

I met you at the AGM and I got the impression after our short conversation that you are a decent guy. Some of the people here have been posting nonsense about you. I guess the best thing you can do is to ignore them. Everyone I have spoken to finds your post very informative and reassuring.

I have spoken to several investors and they are all very excited about the progress Attis has made in the past several months. I agree with what you have said in your post. We are a fast becoming a proper oil and gas company. Like most of the people here the past thoughts keep coming to the mind that something will go wrong where. And it doesn’t help when someone like Squirrely posts a message that exaggerates our fears. He seems to find perfect timing for his posts. I hope CW proves him wrong and has a chance to clears his name.

The Attis BOD have done a great job so far but sadly its not reflected in the share price. This is why we need the CPR to move the share price up and then with continued news flow to move us in the right direction where we can all see some return on our investment. It will be extremely disappointing if the BOD decides to issue shares after doing so much to build trust. I hope they stay focus and make the difficult choices to build on their success and not follow the past.

To be honest everyone is worried about what CW will do next. I have spoken to few shareholders and they are all thinking the same. CW has a chance redeem himself. But if he decides to issue more shares once the CPR are released then i honestly believe he has no creditability in this industry. Last time we were told that it was Eddie's fault but if that is the case then the future cant be same as the past because he was sacked. Unless it wasn't Eddie and the real culprit is still free to do what he wants. Time will tell....

It's not only CW name's on the line here. It will also be the other BOD members. One of the reason i have bought more over the last few months was because of Thom Board and Paolo Amoruso. I hope they decide to make the right decision for long term shareholders who bought into this company few years ago. My average is close to 0.37p and most of the people i know have an average over 0.4p.

As for Helpful, a lot of people here listen to what you have to say. But it doesn't make any sense to them and me that you keep backing someone who is destroying the value of your investment. After all you are invest in this company to make money and if CW keeps issuing more shares then how will that be possible. We cant keep letting history repeat itself.

I really hope that SQUIRRELY is talking RUBBISH. He is playing with our worst fears. Most of us have put a lot of trust in Thom and Paolo.

Did anyone see what happened? Now ask @0.19. It was 0.17 and four small buys and the price jumped up. Looks like they are filling a big ORDER. They are showing 1 million and 0.5 million as sell but it was a buy @ 0.17. I would be very careful selling at this price.

Is anyone here going to this event? It will be interesting to see what the BOD has to say especially regarding the finance.

This one of the stocks that doesn't like gaps. So when it opened higher it came down and filled the gap. It should now move throughout the day. We could do with an interview to super blast this into the space.
