This is what i think: Im very confident that a deal will be done based on the previous rns. But will it happen on friday? i wouldn't put my money on it. So if you are thinking of buying, then buy to hold and not sell out on Monday 1st thing. Dont forget its Xmas and everyone will be spending time with their family or on their going on holiday. Most of legal firms i know are closed since last Friday.

Been thinking of buy into Yu Group for a while. I was getting 80p last week but was thinking of maybe i could get close to 70p. Anyway, cut the long story short. Bought today at 90p, 95p £1 and 1.10!

i think people will be SHOCKED when the release the results at the end of January. We should get a nice move to £2 from herte

Everyone including BOD are losing money in this stock. What i really like here is that the BOD have a big stake in this company. If we lose then so will the BOD. Removing CW from Attis, I feel was a very difficult decision for them to make. It show that they are VERY SERIOUS about Attis success. These two are running a proper business with no emotional attachment. They are doing what is BEST for ATTIS and its shareholder. We should all support them. I will buy more this week.

Blah ! blah! blah! So is this the best news before Xmas. I bet you most of the BOD will be going on holiday early next month. The BOD have no stomach to deliver any shareholder value. They are bunch of losers!

I think 1.30p will be a good entry point. its gone up too much too quickly on NO NO NO news!

Im still here but i don't like the management. They build your hopes and then they stab you in the heart. I don't know what will happen but i agree with some of the posters here. My apologises to rose or anyone else who was warning us to not buy more stock. You go to the AGM and the BOD talk like care sales man. Anyway, i hold and wait.

Great post by EGTP yesterday! It’s very reassuring. I continue to buy more. Picked up cool 2.75 million yesterday. And 2.5 million on Friday. That’s my rental income fully spent. Might get some more cash next week.

I really like the current management. The bb Is more focused on the company. Can’t believe Mr Jennings has joined us which can only be good. I bought this stock after readying his recommendation. Hope we all have a great Xmas!

I’m looking to further increase my holdings by 6 million next week when my tenants pay. I will be speaking to my tenants over the weekend to see if they can pay me sooner. This stock looks very cheap here. I will continue to buy this month. Maybe soon I will be sending out a TR1.

We should not make negative comments about each other. I really enjoy Helpful's post. We are all in this together. We all have invested a lot of money here and we need this to work out for us. We want to give Thom and Paolo the best chance to do something with this company. Let's not fight here and leave our personal views about each other outside when we enter this page!

LGO-fan: I agree with your post 100%. We need to move forward and give Thom and Paolo full support. These guys like us have a lot of money and time invested in Attis. If we want this company to succeed then we should put constructive comments. I'm still looking to buy more as i think Attis is too cheap. I will get paid next month.

Resignation of Director

Attis Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM: AOGL), the AIM listed oil and gas company, announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr Charlie Wood as CEO and Director of the Company.

Mr Wood's resignation is effective immediately, however, he will provide a short transitional hand over period to provide support to Thom Board and Paolo Amoruso who will remain COO and Executive Chairman respectively. It is not therefore intended to replace Mr Wood at this time.

The Company would like to thank Mr Wood for his contribution to the Company over the past 12 months as he has helped to advance the Company through this challenging period; but understands that Mr Wood now wishes to concentrate on his other business interests.

It's a shame that few people here are making it difficult for everyone. But we need to leave the past in the past and look forward. Great that the BOD are accepting shares as wages. I did ask this at last years AGM (2018). I really hope that all works out for them and us. I never got the chance to meet Thom at the AGM but Paolo is a GREAT man. You have to speak to him in person to know that he is very dedicated to the success of this company.

Sinbad, i know how you feel. I have invested close to £100,000 and this money i got from my remortgage. Its the biggest mistake of my life so far because i only intended to hold this stock for few months. I initially bought this stock at the end of 2017. Even last week i bought 5 million shares at around 0.08p-0.085p and my current average is over 0.3p. I spend as much free time i have reading about news and have been to the last two AGM's. Speaking to Paolo was very reassuring.

Initially, i was disappointed in the RNS especially when the SP dropped to all time low but then i started to do some research even going on to youtube to see videos and i now really like this new direction. It has real potential. I think these 17 drills have exceptionally high success rates. Also i think this was Thom's plane for day one and he could not do this without Mayan. We just have to give them time and see how they get on.

I have found that it cost between $250,000-$300,000 to drill one well. How much do you think it will cost Attis? Mayan bought Attis ( drilling company) so it should not cost us the full amount. Would you know how much a rough percentage? Unlike other oil and gas companies Attis will not incur this cost.

You mentioned that Red Cave initially produces about 50 barrels of oil and then as the pressure produces its flow rate drop down to 19 BOPD. How did you come to this figure? From my research it could be +25 bopd or even much higher ( See interview between Maurice and Joel)
