Probably unlikely to get an RNS this morning because of Eid Al Adha vacation from thursday until sunday in morroco. Also explains why there was no RNS at the end of last week. It should not be long now.

It is amazing that blubutton has now developed the ability to mind read and tell us what Tony Fabrizi is thinking. Personally I don’t think he is very good at it. TF has been involved with this from the start and investing in Satoshipay was the main purpose of BLU even to the extent of looking to reverse Satoshipay into BLU to get Satoshipay listed. I don’t think for a minute that he has had his fill of Satoshipay with his decade of involvement. Indeed having stuck with it for this long and returned to run the company post Derek, I am sure he wants to get the big reward we have all been waiting for. I certainly invested in BLU for Satoshipay .

TF is only seeking a buyer in order to put a more upto date valuation on Satoshipay. There is no commitment to sell all or part of our 27% holding slough if the offer was high enough then it could happen. If anyone thinks TF would consider £10-15 million for a potential unicorn don’t expect to be taken seriously.

Tony did say a couple of years ago that he thought it likely that Satoshipay would be acquired by a large financial institution so let’s see if now is the time for one or more to show serious interest. Let’s remember Daniel Masters will have lots of contacts and he hasn’t spent a few years as a Director and Shareholder for fun. He is there to make a lot of money from the next big thing in global FX using blockchain.

Currently Up 11.3% at 17.76p with volume at 5.2 million. 18p into the close is looking possible and one would expect this to be 18p + prior to the big news.

ST has a good track record of putting out articles like todays very close to the big news he talks about. The 65p core NAV is a 4 bagger away from todays price. So if CHAR just doubles on the news it can double again to get to core NAV. Long term holders have waited for longer than we expected but the rewards of that wait would seem to be close now.

It is encouraging for Satoshipay that IPO’s are returning to fintec and that it is encouraging for Dynasty that after a year of no IPO’s there are signs that IPO’s are returning generally.

I did purchase some additional Chariot shares last week because I was impressed with the statements in the final results. I think this is captured by Malcy’s comment today:

“ As elsewhere these are only final results but it does show that things are moving fast at Chariot and I can still see massive upside for the company that is doing all that I have wanted them to do.

“Gas prices jumped in Britain and Europe on Monday morning as the abortive Russian coup by the Wagner group raised concerns about supply disruption.

Benchmark UK month-ahead gas prices were trading up about 5 per cent at 84p per therm by late morning, having earlier spiked by more than 13 per cent to more than 91p per therm. The earlier rise mirrored an increase in the Dutch benchmark gas prices.

Tom Marzec-Manser, head of gas analytics at Icis, the price reporting agency, said: "Are the developments over the weekend in Russia significant for the gas market? I would say yes: although Russia is now in terms of pipeline supply to Europe only about 6 per cent of supply, it is still significant.”

The Calibre video is a must watch to get an upto date perspective on Nicaragua. The guy being interviewed is a veteran gold company guy who has held senior positions at Newmont. People on here have raised the political situation in Nicaragua but this guy says it’s probably the best jurisdiction in Latin America. There are no political problems in a country that is very gold friendly. When you listen to him he talks about their hub and spoke approach to using their main mill which he says allows them to mine gold in the whole of Nicaragua.

It indicates what an excellent low risk asset Condor have and that if Calibre bought Condor they could be making money in months by using the hub and spoke Mill.

Edgar, your post is a good summary of AEX’s current situation. I have commented on this before and particularly agree with you regarding the regulatory situation. I think that ARA have decided to use the leverage they currently have due to the fact that the Tanzanian Government wants this project to proceed quickly to tie in with the pipeline and their need for gas. ARA are waiting for the SCIR transfer to be completed and approved. They also want the 25 year license issued. ARA don’t want the Tanzanian authorities to have any outstanding approvals when they commit to the expenditure to get the gas flowing. The Tanzanian authorities need to get their ducks in a row whereupon ARA will spring into action to meet the timelines to production.

What we would like to hear is how Pendulum is helping Dtransfer to gain first mover advantage in global foreign exchange. That would set BLU’s share price on fire and is what we have all been waiting for for some time now.
