Meinhard has been unwell for 10 days with COVID and that is enough for you to see red flashing lights. You have only ever posted 7 times all on this thread and all negative. Get a life or at least come up with something more convincing than someone having COVID for your deramping. There is no evidence that Pendulum is not going to plan and the fact that Stellar gave it a grant suggests they think it’s very promising.

Good to see SEED continuing to support its investee company to maintain its percentage interest although it will be diluted if the strategic investor comes on board. Clearly it is a positive sign that a strategic investor wishes to take a decent stake. Let’s see if the market likes it.

Quick update, I understand that the token raise for Pendulum is ongoing and has been delayed a few weeks due to Meinhard being unwell with covid. I also spoke to a significant shareholder in Dynasty and they are very encouraged by the company's recent progress. Finally, picking up on nico's point, I do agree that Derek's move to chairman of Guild is unhelpful to blue.

Very slow day with volume of just 199000 and no trades since 12.40. Unless there is a late burst of activity it looks like the sp will remained unchanged. After Fridays rise today is rather disappointing as all the information we have looks very promising.

Adonis confirmed there were Institutional Investors on board from the recent fund raising in the Q& A last week. One assumes the bouts of AT trades are II’s continuing to build. Adonis declined to name the II’s but until they go over 3% they don’t have to disclose.

Moving Up 20.3% now as volume reaches 5.9 million. It was confirmed last week there were Institutional Investors who presumably are continuing to accumulate. It would be good to see some TR1’s in due course.

It is a pity all this positive talk is not encouraging trading. Volume of just 130000 from 19 trades with buys and sells balanced. Perhaps it will suddenly take off as it did on Friday after a very quiet start.

Up 16% on volume of 2.9 million. Good start to the month. Number 5 on the Leaderboard and those AT trades are back as it reaches 55 trades.

A slow start this morning with just 11 trades in the first hour for volume of 89000. Let’s hope it’s like Friday when after a very slow start it burst into life and closed over 7% Up.

It is important to remember that the New Presidents instructions related to all mining in Tanzania and were not just targeting particular ministries:
Dar es Salaam — Players in the mining sector welcomed remarks by President Samia Suluhu Hassan, saying they were opening a new era.

President Hassan warned government officials over frustrating the business community through unrealistic taxes, unnecessary bureaucracy, delayed refunds and unfriendly administration of taxes among others.

In the mining sector, she specifically stressed on improving partnership with mining companies, mentioning Barrick Gold through its subsidiary in which the government is a 16 percent shareholder.

She also asked responsible officials to fast-track agreements with companies eyeing to start mining nickel and look at how minerals in reserved areas were being exploited.

“This speech is most welcome by the private sector including mining players,” said Mr Philbert Rweyemamu, the chairperson of the Tanzania Chamber of Mines which represent about 50 companies.

“This is a new beginning for the mining sector in Tanzania,” he said.

“Our biggest concern has been about delays in VAT refunds in which the government owes the miners millions of dollars but with that statement, we are confident everything will go well,” he added.

Helium is a gas! As far as I am aware the Government process is the same for Helium as it is for AEX’s gas. So you will probably not be surprised when I say in my view I believe HE1 has demonstrated the Governments new approach and it is reasonable to expect the same for AEX.

I would suggest for discussion that the progress made in recent months by HE1 demonstrates that the Tanzanian Government have changed their attitude are assisting companies. HE1 are currently drilling and seem to have obtained the necessary approvals without the delays we have previously seen.
