Gold moving up today just breached 1800.

You seem to be forgetting how quickly the sp can move as evidenced by the fact that it exceeded 15p just 6 months ago in February.

Spread now back where it was 42-44 as volume reaches 160000 following the latest buy of 12000 at 44p.

I agree Isapension a good recovery from below 40p and the trend seems to be on the upside.
The volume has just picked up a little with a few buys taking the volume to 121000. However the MM’s have moved the sp down slightly by widening the spread on the bid side.

44p has been paid on one of the 5 trades so far this morning but the total volume is only 22800. A little disappointing that today’s RNS has not sparked more interest but not surprising given the low volumes of recent weeks. It was most unfortunate that last weeks very positive RNS coincided with the day global markets took a severe battering. I feel if that had landed on any other day last week we would be 45p+ by now.

In an RNS on Friday Seed did mention that Yoom had listed on AQSE and had made an acquisition:
Yooma has completed its first acquisition since its successful admission to trading on the AQSE Growth Market ("AQSE") on 10 August 2021. The acquisition was made via Yooma's wholly owned subsidiary, Yooma Europe Limited, of UK-based Vitality CBD Limited ("Vitality"), a leading CBD company, for a total consideration of up to £10.2 million (including 7,706,422 shares issued at £0.545 per share) and advances Yooma's stated buy-and-build strategy. Following the acquisition and admission of consideration shares, SEED will hold approximately 4.54% of Yooma.

Unfortunately like many recent announcements of good news it had little effect on the sp. It seems highly likely that the RNS you want about Factom would have any effect on the sp so it would be pointless in any event.
Let’s see if we can have an RNS this week that will actually get this moving north again.

Whilst I believe you may learn something from spending your Sunday reading my old posts you should read them properly. I did not say I wanted SEED to issue an RNS to announce the start of Yooma trading on Aquis. I said I imagined they would issue such an RNS. I am in no way concerned that they didn’t do so. Hope you have now realised your deramping is making you a complete joke and looking very stupid.

Midas wants SEED to issue an RNS even if it’s just to tell us they are in negotiations. So we wouldn’t actually know anything we don’t know already. But more importantly they can’t issue such an RNS because they aren’t in negotiations. SEED will get what they are given in the course of the insolvency’ end of story that’s how it works. This line of deramping is getting very tedious and I hope by now everyone on the board has formed their own view of your agenda.

The fact that a CFO who has spent the last 2 years well remunerated at Calibre has moved to Condor where his remuneration will be mostly in share options is a massive vote of confidence in Condor. Excellent news which hopefully the market will take notice of in the morning. He will be in place when the new report and valuation is issued next month which should be a trigger for a serious rerate and/or a bid.

Terribly sorry for ****ing on your parade regarding your continual repetitive attacks on Ed about Factom information to prop up your infantile deramping agenda. Just because you repeat your ignorance of corporate processes every few minutes won’t make you right but obviously it is a well known deramping tactic to bury other views.
In due course all will be revealed and you will be fully exposed but in the mean time if it makes you happy keep digging.

Perhaps we should remember what was said about Factom on 15/7/21 in the final results

Factom continues to investigate offers for its intellectual property, however, the Company does not expect any meaningful return should this come to fruition as the Chapter 11 creditors need to be paid before equity holders and any consideration remaining is unlikely to be in cash, but rather in stock in an acquirer.

The only party that has commented on the acquisition of Factom is the acquiring company who have not released the commercial terms. Factom hasn’t released any details of what it’s shareholders will receive so how can Ed tell you something he doesn’t know?

Not sure why there is such a lot being written about Factom an investment that has been accounted for at zero for sometime. Why do you think Ed has not issued an RNS to update us? If he knows something material such as it’s actually worth something he has an obligation to issue an RNS. The fact that he hasn’t suggests that he is not yet able to do so for legal reasons. Factom was in chapter 11 so it will have been sold by an administrator to use an English term. The shareholders of Factom will not have had a say in the sale of Factom and as we know the commercial terms have not been released. It will now be upto the chapter11 process to sort out what the shareholders get if anything. This can take sometime if it’s anything like UK insolvency.

I think your comments on dividends are unlikely to be correct. Once CNR starts producing a lot of cash I think Mark in particular will be keen to have some of it. He has spent more than 10 years on this and I doubt he wants to wait another 5 years before he sees a decent return on his investment in terms of cash in the bank. It would make CNR shares more attractive to all investors to attach a dividend. It’s probably all academic as once all the new valuations are available next month we will probably receive a bid.

Excellent news for #Yooma and the beginning of the acquisition trail. I very much view the Aqse listing as a pre IPO to LSE up-list. Big things to come from a team closely involved with over $1bn of exits in the cannabinoids space #Seedinnov

It is being discussed because it more relevant than the deramping utter garbage that you post barwickman.
Lucky has raised a point that is relevant to me because I have large holdings in 2 Barclays ISA’s . But I also asked if other major brokers were like Barclays because that could put people off buying.
Leap does seem to be the only thing that will get this moving at present but I am sure Ed has told us all he can and the next time we get an RNS about Leap it will hopefully set the sp on fire and if your not already in you will miss the rise.

Barclays also mentioned crypto to me when I raised it with them whilst reminding them that they needed to change the FFWD holdings in my account to SEED. I told them that blockchain was different to crypto and that in any event Factom which used blockchain was valued at zero in the accounts because it was in an administration situation. They said they were looking at it but have done nothing because I only have a sell option on my account. I don’t know how many other major brokers operate like that regarding SEED but it may well be part of the reason for SEED trading at such a discount.
