The Director who does have considerable funds at his disposal has made regular large additional investments over the last 10 years. He is our largest shareholder with 18% of the company and will no doubt step upto the plate on the next fund raising. He also makes regular on market purchases. This is of course Jim Mellon §who with Mark owns 22% of CNR. The board of Directors are demonstrating a very large financial commitment to CNR.

Firstly why do you think Mark has the money to make a large additional investment?
Secondly if he does make an additional investment he will obviously choose to do it on a financing rather than the open market. The reason for that should be obvious to you as the former gives the company additional cash which an open market purchase will not.

The suggestion of news on Satoshipay has brought the Satoshipay derampers out very quickly. This bb is no place for libellous accusations calling Satoshipay’s CEO a con man and the suggestion of getting rid of it now is ridiculous . Pendulum is looking promising and could transform Satoshipay and Dtransfer into a valuable asset in a marketplace that is currently one of the hottest investment areas on a global basis.

Stellar have done business with Satoshipay for years and are so impressed by Pendulum that they have actually given money by way of a grant to further its development.
What are you expecting from Derek? What do you want him to do. We know he had his team working directly with Satoshipay and we believe we are about to hear about major progress with Pendulum.
Dynasty is doing very well and on track to IPO with another major uplift in value by the end of this year.
Finally of our large investments we have Guild while appearing to make progress has disappointed on an sp basis trading well below its IPO price. We don’t know why the CEO left but Derek has stepped in as Chairman and has only been in that role for a couple of months. He is clearly devoting time to our investment that most needs help at this point in time.

Legal wolf, I don’t know if any of the Directors are holding shares through other vehicles but if they are they would have to declare any sale of those shares.

Shame it didn’t happen earlier but gold which was over 1800 at the beginning of the week for a couple of days then fell just below for a couple is now flying upto 1816 this evening. I wonder where it will be on Tuesday? Perhaps we can thank the **** show that is Sleepy Joe Biden for making the world a more dangerous place.

A very slow day with volume of 191000 from 10 trades. Everything looking very promising but the market is taking little interest. Looks like we need a massive liquidity event to grab people’s attention!

A very impressive lady who can explain the process of fighting the cancer in a very understandable way for non scientists. It is a very impressive vaccine and Lindy is clearly very confident that it will be successful based on all the work done to date.
It’s a pity the interview didn’t mention the COVID trials because that will have a much faster track to market.
On the face of it 5 years to get to market sounds along time but investors who understand the process will be aware that’s there are various land marks along the way with the different stages of the trials. There is also the likelihood of partnering with a major and monetising the patents along the way. Very encouraging.

Is Calibre going to be a 5 million oz plus operation in due course? I feel I have heard it said Condor will be the largest gold producer in Nicaragua . A bidder will be looking at the potential as more gold is proven and that’s why Mark is busy building the evidence for 5 million ozs. If you do the maths on that it’s going to be more than $1.6 billion.

That’s the uncrossing trade well below bid let alone mid price.

Currently Up 4.9% on volume of 1.4 million. The 3x 100000 sells about an hour ago pulled it back from the 22p high. All buys since then but not enough volume but perhaps that will change in the final hour of trading. May be it will take a few days to sink in but one would have expected more of a gain on today’s news.

Mark did also mention that there are 2 standard methods of valuation for a gold mining company one of which is ozs of gold in the ground. That produces a pretty decent value for Condor based on usual valuation metrics. Mark decided to put the valuation forward so presumably he is prepared to defend its validity. I note your comment about savvy investors but don’t agree with your conclusion. CNR will continue to grow (and could do very quickly if a bidder was prepared to throw cash at it) so I think it is a valid comparison of what is achievable.

The interview Mark gave yesterday was of great interest to us as Shareholders but it would also be of great interest to potential bidders. He gave a comparison to another mine producing 25000 oz per quarter that has a market cap of $1.6 billion.
He also said if they had large amounts of money to spend they could be producing more gold and be doing it more quickly. He also mentioned it was one of ten such projects in the world. This is the right time for a bid or for a strategic partner to make a move. September is looking like a very interesting month with the new valuation and new CFO.

The relations between China and the West are deteriorating rapidly which will strengthen China’s influence in countries like Bangladesh. China will not be going along with the West’s climate change and anti coal agenda. They won’t give a dam about what the West thinks or it’s targets. China uses 50% of global coal and is going to need supplies for decades.
We also have the US President with his disgraceful and disastrous retreat fro Afghanistan which is going to massively damage US influence and global standing. Afghanistan has a border with China and will therefore have to replace the US as the Country to oversee Afghanistan. China will become the dominant power in that part of the world. Bangladesh is going to have to look to China and do its bidding. It looks like a very good time to submit the Phulbari project to the Government of Bangladesh.

Following yesterday’s rise now up 10.8% on low volume.

I will try to answer some of the questions and then I will wait for the Pendulum news before commenting again.

1. SatoshiPay is valued in Blue's books at around £17m. Once Pendulum is launched SatoshiPay will have access to the funds raised by Pendulum at no cost to SatoshiPay/Blue. This is great news and will allow SatoshiPay to build its B2B cross border payments business. it is my belief that SatoshiPay will attract interest from a large financial services business and I thereby prove itself an excellent investment for Blue on exit.

2. Dynasty has announced an intention to seek a listing at some time in the next 6/9 months. Dynasty has a great business as its providing the infrastructure for large organisations to launch gaming/esports portals. This is a highly scalable SAS business with a fast growing client base which is already profitable and attracting serious interest. Blue owns 13% which could be worth a lot more than Blue's market cap.

3. Guild is in my opinion a decent investment but I don't personally see it achieving anything spectacular. I would have thought £2m is about right.

4. So in my mind we have a share price underpinned by Dynasty and the upside of the rest of the investments in for free.

5. My error n my previous post when I mentioned NAV of 0.2p I meant a share price above 0.2p and an NAV of nearer 0.3p.

Look forward to catching up end September to see who has been proven correct.

Based on today’s volume and sp the Motley Fool tip has had little or no impact. I don’t follow them so can’t comment on what usually happens with their tips. Now if it had been Slmon Thompson at IC that would have been a different story.
