Thank you for listing the news however the period you have listed is just 4 weeks which is why as we are now at six weeks I am hoping there is more news any day. The news has been very positive and it must be frustrating for Mark that the market has not taken much notice and the sp has drifted on low volumes.
We have been hoping for toll mining for some time and personally I am hoping for a bid.

I just can’t imagine why Ed would come out with those numbers if he didn’t believe them to be true as he is going to be found out in a matter of months if it’s not accurate. Ed has been a Director of Leap for some time now to help with the IPO sale so he will actually know what is being discussed but obviously can’t tell us directly. He is saying as much as he can by comparison with other companies as their values are in the public domain. He is giving anyone who bothers to listen a very strong hint that they should be able to at least double their money in the next few months but a 3x or 4x is a very strong probability.

I have just listened to last weeks interview with Ed again specifically where he talks about Leap. When he talks about similar companies that have achieved £100 million + I get the distinct impression that Ed believes Leap is a more valuable company. So my impression because he has to be careful what he says is that he believes £100 million is the starting point for valuing Leap and that it is likely to be much higher. (Look at yesterday’s bid for Sumo a British Gaming company to see the amounts being paid and the multiples applied to see how hot this part of the market is)
I believe from what is said in the interview Ed is of the opinion that SEED’s 43% share of Leap could be worth more than £50 million. He talks about this around 48 mins into the interview so have a listen and see what you think.
Even at today’s NAV he makes the point you can buy £1 for 60p. So on the basis of what the NAV will be in the coming months you will be buying £2 + for 60p!

Mark talked about 6 weeks of strong news flow which has happened however nothing for 2 weeks now as the last RNS was on 5th July. One would therefore expect some big news this week and prior to his interview this week would obviously be ideal to give him something new to talk about..

Ed has said there will be no dilution going forward. If you ignore everything and just focus on Leap which Ed is valuing at a minimum of £100 million (£43 million to SEED, you can see how there will be no need for dilution. Leap alone will take the NAV above £50 million.
So forget the past as it’s not relevant moving forward. Within the next few months the Leap IPO will at least double the current NAV of £25 million. SEED has a current Market Cap of £17.5 Million so it’s not difficult to conclude this is very cheap at 8.2p.

The Ed McDermott interview is a must listen for anyone interested in SEED.It’s a long one but also the best one he has given. Everything in the portfolio is doing well and Ed has proved that he can deliver with a £10 million increase in NAV to £24.9Million. He talks of the massive potential in some of the assets which leads him to predict the Market cap in 12 months to be £50 million to £110 million. It’s a wide range but the lowest point is a 3 bagger and the high point shows the possibility of spectacular gains on certain assets such as LGP JUV and of course Leap. Ed as a Director of Leap knows the likely value of Leap but has to be careful what he says so he gives the example of a similar company that has been valued at £100 million. He clearly believes Leap should be worth more than that. So Leap should be worth at least £43 million to SEED against a current accounts value of £10 million.
The Leap transaction at that level would take SEED straight into Ed’s £50 to 110 million range at an NAV of £58 Million.
It is all looking very promising.

Sp recovering with solid buying in the last hour as buys exceed sells 2/1 as the volume reaches 1 million.

Without Dilution seems to rule out any cheap placing so not sure why you have mentioned it.

Mako market cap is £150 million compared to CNR at £61 million. As we all know we are trading at a large discount to our peers and are looking forward to the item of news that will spark the rerate!

No reported progress but that doesn’t necessarily mean there hasn’t been some progress.

It seems strange that there is no RNS to announce the launch. I have set up a bb on ADVFN as the only way to see the SEED information and sp. It all seems a shambles at present.

It is rather odd after last weeks buying with volumes upto 12.6 million early in the week that we are only at volume of 127000 this morning. It looked like II interest last week with bursts of AT trading.
I agree it would be interesting to have some news following the high level meeting with the Minister last week. I have seen it reported on other BB’s that they were mainly discussing our upcoming drill. An RNS this week mentioning positive news resulting from that meeting would be most welcome.

From the last 3 months results RNS
The Tailings Storage Facility ("TSF") and 2 water retention ponds are being fully designed and engineered with drawings one step short of "issued for construction". Tierra Group Inc, Denver, Colorado has completed site visits and is conducting the engineering studies. 23 geotechnical drill holes and 55 geotechnical test pits have been completed. Good progress has been made, with 72% of the work completed. A Feasibility Study on the TSF is due to be completed in June 2021

Update on timetable for Change of Name

FastForward Innovations Ltd, (AIM:FFWD) the AIM-quoted company focused on making investments in fast-growing and industry leading businesses, announces a change in the timetable as set out in the announcement of 9 July 2021 for the change of name to Seed Innovations Limited to take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new name will take effect from 08.00 on Wednesday 14 July 2021. The Company's TIDM will change to SEED and the ISIN and SEDOL connected with the Company's shares remain the same.

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Seed Innovations Limited.

We have had a very regular news flow through June and into July. It has all been very positive but has so far failed to ignite the sp. perhaps this weeks news will be better received. A toll deal would almost certainly do the trick. One can’t help feeling that all the drilling that is being done and the finalising of the Engineering will be of great interest to potential bidders. A bid or ideally bids would definitely get this moving north very rapidly and now is the time for that sort of move.

I very much hope we will soon receive some important news following the meeting with the Minister. Certainly looks promising that they are having meetings with the man who has the power to advance the project.

The EGM is at 3pm and presumably all resolutions will be passed including our name change to SEED. So our last day as FFWD !
We will start next week one assumes under our new SEED code and there should be a wave of publicity to announce the change. Let’s hope the new name attracts new investors and we can start to reduce this large discount to NAV.

CHAR managed volume of 4.7 million on a very poor day for the market. But a nice finish with the largest buy of the day 963200 shares at 6.2p which is a £60000 trade. Let’s see what tomorrow brings on what so far has been a good week for the sp.
