UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announces that a hearing regarding an application for judicial review ("JR") of Surrey County Council's ("SCC") September 2019 consent for long-term production at the Company's 85.635% owned Horse Hill oil field, will take place on 17-18 November. The hearing will be held via videoconference from the Planning Court of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.

Appeal against the Order of Holgate J (22/5/20) that dismissed the claim under s.118 of the Planning Act 2008 for judicial review of the decision by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, on 4 October 2019, to grant the application made by Drax Power Limited for a development consent order for a nationally significant infrastructure project – the construction and operation of two gas-fired generating units situated at the existing Drax Power Station near Selby.

Decommissioning costs are on page 65 of the Annual Report. Includes 4 sites varying from 5% to 100%.

It is such a shame that some don't know the difference between a High Court Appeal and a Planning Committee meeting. Makes you wonder the worth of their other postings.

You don't do much research do you. The delay in Loxley getting to a committee meeting was so the Officer could re-write his report. This was due to UKOG amending the Planning Application which requires review by the Planning Officer. It was in a RNS and online.

The Planning Officer was told to re-wrote his report. I'm guessing that will tell us which way the majority of councillors are leaning. We will find out in just over a weeks time. Plenty of time for the rumour mill to spout liquid manure.

The date was updated. Look at the number of shares in issue and tell me that was updated. Crap in, crap out.
