Would it not be better to accept and then UKOG appeal?
What is going to be quickest to get a final decision?
Anyone follow Bury Hill Wood planning between 2008 when planning was passed and the appeal(s) between then and 2015 when it was finally accepted?

Minutes of the meeting on the 29th June came out on 25th August.

Decision was taken on 30th July 2020 but my first sight was not until the 4th August. He has had his practice so should be quicker this time.

But £70m is still a joke. BB was about £10m and by far the biggest loss. They have given back, Baxters Copse, Markwells Wood, Offshore IOW and Holmwood at what cost in shares and cash? I might work it out one day.
