So the Jobbers/Brokers/MMs pick up these shares in bits throughout the week at cheapo prices, then on the bell Friday someone comes along and buys them all for £500,000. The biggest 2 deals after the ref has stopped the bout.

7th Sep AGM is only 3 weeks away. Will all be revealed in a bit?

KB I presume you are not suggesting it is me looking for £12 a share as I was weighing up other figures on here (not mine) and arriving at £12 - being the possible value, all things being equal, of the income (not value of the shares) over 17 years, but less overheads/less the 25% not owned by Char and less any % to be paid to a partner - which may eventually leave the shareholders with a couple of quid. Folk are sometimes misquoted on here which can lead to incorrect information being passed on.

So Spec does that make the £9 a share into £12.85 per share? But I am guessing that this figure is representing the income from which we have to deduct all overheads and the 25% due to Moroccan share and whatever the Partner 's share is?

Then of course the BOD will help themselves to some bonuses ! But that could still leave a couple of quid per share over the next 17 years by which time there should be some profits from the other "pillars" of the Company.

IMO we won't get a brokers update until the brokers have stopped playing games with PIs and have piled enough shares up at these low prices. I've said it b4 PIs are tired of waiting and selling a few, being picked up by those who know more than us. I've got enough at prices much lower than 14 and just waiting for the catalyst so happy not to go for more same as others on here. Hopefully AGM at latest. The 2 dudes at 6% each did nothing to the sp and the MMs happy to keep price low while collecting more from impatient PIs. Some solid news now needed for rerate and Simon T. surely has only "revealed" what he knows because he has solid reason to know. He would lose credibility if he was wrong!

Is that income or Net profit over 17 years? Whatever it is that is equivalent to £9 per share. (less 25% to Morrocco Authorities less any % to any partner?) - Plus whatever else the Solar/Hydrogen/other Gas fields produce. Current Share Price 14½ PENCE ?

That yacht is quite a tub! Not exactly a GP14 , GP. Say if you had 1 million shares currently worth £140,000 they would need to uprate to £5 to afford a 6yr old Oyster855 - the engine room is as big as a 3-bedroom caravan! Nice thought.

Who's had these 5million shares and what did they pay for them? have they been issued cheap just before an important announcement?.... That's 3 questions. Anyone got any answers?

Very observant of you KB - considering the sp is currently about 14.4 - a drop to 14p is just a little bit more likely than a rise to 30p ....... in the short term. So what? Are you selling up as you are so excited (not) about a re-rating of the sp?

That is very interesting Deano. My entitlement in an ISA was 2587 and my wife's was 1932. I also have Char in my pension. In all 3 cases we have been allocated exactly 51.45% x the extras we asked for even though our original holdings were all different. Both myself and wife were allocated 4116 extras after asking for 8000 each. It seems if you had only ONE share and asked for an extra million you would have got 514,500 extra shares !! .... nice profit .... at the moment .... and hopefully they will not drop below 14 PENCE ?? !! These shares will soon be 30pence +++

I think the market makers are very clever in balancing buys and sells. Investors who think they know a few things, like on here, mainly don't want to sell but have already invested enough. Casual investors who have watched the price drop from 20pence are selling some and these are being picked up slowly at a rate to keep the price low. I don't know the current figures after the 2 big buys recently but with 2 shareholders having 6% each and AP 9% and previous ii holdings were 25% that covers almost 50% of the Company. 90% is needed to force the remaining 10% to sell and I think 75% needed to pass a Special Resolution to somehow obtain the other 25%? These shareholders may all be talking to each other and happy to wait for the catalyst which they probably know when will happen. It can not be long off. What on Earth can go wrong??

Mostly small deals today except for a sell of £11000 and one of £21000 - but these are still tiny compared to the £9m purchases recently. You wonder who would sell £21000 worth at this stage, is it some sort of camouflage? We won't know till we know. Hang on!

With £1.3million purchases of the shares today since the offer announcement, is that so a paltry 1% (£13,000) extra can be made before sale at £2.23 offer price or is it expected that a higher offer will come? Current offer accepted by the 47% highest current holders, - directors have less than 1%. 90% needed to be certain or 75% require more work to get it through with Stock Exchange regs. I am holding on for higher bid as unlikely that will go for under £2.23. Thoughts on this anyone?

Jim ... I've done a few good deals which are down to instinct or good luck, but in the case of gas/oil I understand not the technical stuff. Chariot appears to be in possession of valuable assets at the bottom of the sea and my instinct tells me it is likely they will be brought to the surface and sold for big bucks. We are in the hands of a B.O.D. who may play fair or otherwise. Your comments indicate you have done plenty research and no doubt have a sp in mind which is realistic in terms of a year or 2. What is your number?

Surfit .... I think not that a clear answer can be found. If there are say 100 lookers on this Board and we all saw the 6% purchase and got excited, waiting for the sp to jump, did we all dive in and buy more quickly? It appears not. I didn't, but for some reason expected others to! We all have quite enough and wait (im)patiently to watch our investment increase. Is A.A. building up a stake to make a joint bid with other parties or has he just found a cheap share to buy and sell later trebling his money? Some investors will expect a share price to represent the value of a Company which sometimes it does but often does not. Boohoo £4 one day then months later 40pence! The only money Chariot has ever made as far as I know has come from us! There is always the possibility that something could go wrong although everything points to Boom Boom! Have we got the on-shore licence yet? Why has another Company not snatched it up? I believe Char are well in with the Authorities and we are told should get it. Even Simon T. gets it wrong - but surely not this one?? Sage were 9pence in 1994 touched £9 in 1999 dropped to £1.40 in 2002 and only 20 years later got back to £9. They never really did anything wrong but investors expectations, dotcom bubble and 9/11 happened. It really is a game, especially with AIM. 2023 is going to be very exciting I think I heard A.P. and the CFO say so only 5 months left to see it happen! IT WILL HAPPEN - Will it?

Cleeve I think you are correct. Quite a number on here have said they have received their ration plus all the extra they asked for but I believe that cannot happen until the General Meeting. If the resolution is not passed (highly unlikely that it won't be) then the shares will not be issued.
