Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Yes ADVN is not clear. It shows 3 x sells of 500,000 but it looks like 2 were sells and one was a buy or a cancel all at 14.44hrs. Because if you look at the cumulative buys/sells the buys went up then down by exactly 50,000 then back up again and the sells went down by over a million. The net effect looked like one sell of 500,000. - book-keeping not very good.
Whimax we already in H2 2023. So that would mean imminent I guess!
£150,000 sales today about 7 buys 34 sells. One tenth of a percent of Company changed hands so far. 60 more of those to match another 6percenter. I suspect mainly or all small investors selling. While that continues sp drifts and while it drifts more will sell. Emotions.
My wife knows nothing but says they are squeezing the PIs and are happy to do that while drifting continues. The BOD are in on it.
Does anyone know current split of shareholders? .....I suspect we are no longer 75% holders. Could be getting close to 50?
The surprise to me is AP is only director with a decent holding.
I hoped there were none of these on this board :--

.... but reading some of the comments and trying to understand the sp I begin to wonder ??
Time will show us
WWP - Please can you clarify your post?
Following dilution etc if everythimg is rosy then are you saying value of Co. is around 14p per share?
.... based on 25% of Anchois already not ours and then whatever we give away in the deal?
What doesn't make sense though?
Then you are suggesting that the remaining prospective partners (2 or 3?) are no longer interested so we are now going on-shore to earn some cash???
Kb I don't think n1 was implying we have to rely on tragic events to help Char. He was suggesting that there may be more urgency to get Char moving with their gas projects in order to assist the finance required to rebuild and help Morocco following the terrible earthquake. It was a sensible observation imo. I don't think the sp will go a lot lower especially as at the AGM A.P. has said they are trying hard to get a deal over the line and he sounded positive.
Taken 7 years to get from £14 to £2 a share so not exactly progressing. If the products are that good why does it take so long to get a decent turnover? Have they got a salesman? £8m turnover expected this year is a long way from the £100m they forecast for near future. John sounds like an old fashioned Chemist and probably very intelligent but do they need someone dynamic to put a rocket behind them?
Yes, and actions speak louder than words so give them some credit for that.
Incidentally one of APs other Companies -RBW - have just announced a sale deal for rare metals which will be a distraction for him.
I hope all on here will be giving support to help those whose lives have been shattered by Friday's terrible earthquake. They need donations no matter how small.
Interesting or not? I saw something good about RBW but forgot what it was! I later googled to find although I (we) think A.P. is fully focused on Char and little else, then find he has £more invested in RBW than in Char. - around £13m. On 13/5/23 he and other directors bought a pile plus Techmet Ltd (private Co) bought enough to take their holding to £10m - all bought for 10p each. Now worth 16p! Whole Co. Cap = £97m. These guys will do what they can to make £££££s
Watch the sp tomorrow.
I can see 2 reasons for a drop and one for neutral. 1) If the Earthquake affects Anchois progress 2) an excuse for those in the know to allow mates to buy more cheapo.
After the tsunami in New Zealand tradesmen were at a premium esp bricklayers. There will be an urgency for more power in Morocco asap but for Char to go up we need a deal!
I saw 9/11 on the telly just after it happened and thought I should sell everything but didn't. The market hardly moved for the first hour or so but realised after that investors must have been in shock as it dropped quite a lot later that day.
I'm doing nothing on this except probably send a donation for relief. Then wait hoping Char BOD know what they are doing.
I fancied a trip to Fairhaven Lake - St. Annes today for interesting activities for Grandson etc but weather looked poor so was gardening till rained off. Puts things into perspective when you see stuff like earthquakes going on and we have some rain!
Earthquakes/politics/climate changes/greed/...... so many hurdles can arise, so get the job done now. Everything looks to be in place that we know about, don't wait for a hiccup while chasing a slightly better deal. 50p will do fine thank you!
I've been out in the garden all day in very hot sunshine. Obviously disappointed when I came in to see we are only 13.42 at close so I'm now having my tea with some Merlot after a large Jack Daniels Honey Whisky. I am again looking at the slides for the AGM presentation which I have to say look very professional and I keep thinking what on earth can go wrong? This has the ingredients for a very successful Company showing a good profit with handsome dividends within 2/3 years. The Gas is there. What would be advantageous for the BOD to drag this out for several more months? At 13.5p if the market was still open I would top up some more. Have a great weekend All and let's watch the sp rise from this silly level to 30/40p over the next few weeks. I predict 40p by Christmas. I think Gooner will have his yacht for next year!
GP I'm pretty sure you are correct about what C&A know. They had 12% between them worth £20m a short time ago. They may have more now. They may be connected. Their notifications were so close together timewise was a bit of a coincidence... or not? Nick11 may be doing the right thing. Several on here talking about selling and many others doing that according to the trades shown, keeping the sp down. So many things now on the edge and no bad news. The delays are not bad news but testing patience.
Jimmy, that is a good point. If you are correct I think it very unlikely that Chariot would want to disclose that. Deals like this have to be kept very confidential especially if there are other parties waiting in the wings and a deal can be lost by breaking confidentiality. There may be a deal to be had today based on including the additional targets at a low success rate but a better deal may be on the horizon. If that were the case then there may not be any more the BOD can reveal until an agreement is signed.
