My point earlier was about my flippant post where I pointed out you could take 'equity out of your house' to buy shares!
and said, Don't do it!

I myself back in 2001 took out a £15,000 short term bank loan for the BT Rights Issue, I was totally upfront with my bank, and they were happy with my answers to their questions! My mortgage with them was paid off and I had no other loans!

You know your financial position, and what you can comfortably afford in repayments, don't try and defraud your bank by not telling the truth on what the loan is for, because, if they find out, they MAY try to get you to increase the repayments to get this loan off their books as quickly as possible!

"While many lenders are ready to accommodate your needs, it’s important to remember that your loan purpose can impact your interest rate and terms. Some lenders have a minimum amount you can borrow depending on why you need a personal loan"

Not trying to put you off, you know your financial position, just tell the truth to your loan provider, and explain your collateral position, a loan for a house extension will come at a lower interest rate than a loan to purchase AIM stock I'm sure, banks need to safeguard themselves even more at the moment due to the knock-on effects of COVID!

Just make sure 'God forbid' that if anything untoward was to happen to you, your family and their home would not be put at risk!

Rather than take out a loan, Why not take the equity out of your house, you could get 50% of the value of your house!

I mean EUA is a dead cert, right:-)

I'm JOKING, anyone thinking of putting themselves in such a stupid position, where they COULD lose the roof over their head, or worse! NEEDS a SERIOUS rethink on their strategy to riches!

If you have spare cash YOU can INVEST it!

If you lose it, you just lost that spare cash, and don't have it anymore!

Investing WHAT you don't OWN, but is BORROWED is a sure-fire way to a GAMBLERS mindset, and you have a SERIOUS problem!

Good morning all

The future prospects for EUA and its shareholders are immense!

The company took the decision after being approached, to issue some more shares, (Private Placing) worth about £11m to the EUA, at a time where the company did not actually need the money, but, felt it prudent to do so now, and to add to the company coffers for the upcoming Joint Venture!

The company had circa US$20m and no debt, subsequently, after the placing, the company will have US$35 in its coffers!

The Placee, actually wanted to purchase MORE stock in EUA, but EUA refused, wanting to keep dilution to a minimum!

This money EUA now has at its disposal for the Joint Venture COULD be used to buy out Rosgeos 25%, to enable EUA to have 100%, of the new NINE more mines in the J/V.

The company thought that the new J/V COULD be worth 104m oz, but if it found that it could be able to produce MORE, might be worth grabbing the remaining 25% if it could!

So EUA doesn't need the money for the day to day running, but, when this golden opportunity turned up, felt inclined to go for it!

EVERYTHING, the company has done recently has INCREASED shareholder value!

Don't just take a pessimistic view of the small in the scheme of things share dilution!

Look at the bigger picture, this cake is now massive, and your share of the cake has subsequently grown!

The company would not wipe £m off its value by issuing some extra shares if there was NO reason for it!

They told you that in a previous RNS, only accretive deals would be the reason for the issue of MORE shares!

It is all there in the past RNSs if you bother to read!

The current stock price decline is disappointing when you take into consideration what the company is trying to achieve for its shareholders!

The longs see this company is going places, those of a get rich quick nature may have a small wait on their hands!

Things are moving along at a great pace now with the three wash plants and electric shovels, just let the company get on with the day job, and the sale will come off!

You INVESTED in this company to do well, it will over time!

If you just BETTED on the share price ONLY going up, that is your problem!

No one twisted YOUR arm to invest here, and, you have made a good decision to invest in a reputable company!

Investing takes TIME, gambling only one way is NOT investing!

Don't beat yourself up, or blame others for short term swings in the stock price, all will come good if you give it time!

You seem to want to have a go at me, so fire away :-)

I don't personally recall my post to you, but if we are talking about some time back, regarding the company prior to the NEW joint venture then yes I was restating what was within the past RNSs that dilution was in the past!

Since the J/V everything is up in the air regarding how much cash will be required going forward, but according to the RNSs again, the ongoing licence fee will be paid out of earnings going forward!

You had a dig at me some time back, saying if I held as many shares as I said I did, that I would not be having breakfast with friends in the cold, but watching the share price all the time!

Now, that is sad of you!

I'm not in the slightest bit worried about the day to day share price swings, only over the long term!

And every investor should reevaluate their investment when things change, currently, with EUA I only see great things!

EUA is primarily an exploration company, as that is what it started out in life as!

It has burnt through £M in carrying out its exploration alongside Anglo American!

The only time it made a small operating profit was back in 2016 of only £1.22M!

It has been cash raises and dilution most of the time!

No getting away from that, as it is a fact of life for exploration companies!

But we invested in EUA when it is on the cusp of transitioning from Expensive exploration into a PGM miner, where it can make a large profit!

The negative posters only have to look at the company Fundamentals to prove their point, EUA burns through cash like nothing!

But, that would be the same for ANY Exploration company!

After the transition to a mining company, EUA can literally print money, if it all goes to plan!

This is the reason, we invested when we did, and not years ago!

Investors who only look at the Ballance sheet are not interested in little old EUA!

Only those who can see the future, and hope that the expensive cash burn phase is behind it!

Yes, of course, all the company's profit is used up first, but unfortunately, EUA still runs at a loss at the moment.

Year on year the loss is getting smaller, but the exploration costs are large!

Last year the operating loss was 3.59M, we hope to be in the black this year!

They will Mike, we are all interested to see what the production figures will be with three washplants going flat out!

And when they get those Electric Shovels up and running, the world is your Oyster!

We have no one down for today!

Disappointing how a £10.8M placing for 41,551,563 new shares to help finance the NEW Rosgeo Joint Venture brings out the likes of Billious & Co! TMS our resident NON Invested who just likes to watch, whilst putting the boot in below the belt!

Yes, dilution is not nice, but raising cash is what exploration companies have to do to survive, BUT we are getting close to the end, as soon we hope to be self-financing with the change to production!

Any dilution affects the BOD the same as us, and so why they limited the amount!

My wife, Becky, who has been working from home for the past 18 months has to go to London for a meeting today, she is not happy!

In their wisdom, her company has ripped out monitors and keyboards to send out to homes of workers, even though, they were purchased with their divisional cost code!

Before the lockdown, everyone had Windows 7 laptops, during lockdown her company issued Microsoft Surface 3 W10 laptops that only have one USB3 connection!

In order for her to be able to work in the office today, she has to take her new M/S3 laptop, power unit, keyboard, mouse, USB3 port adapter to provide the USB2 ports and Lan port, it also provides 1 x HDMI output, but her old monitors up the office had docking stations for the old laptops! she is going to have a fun day I'm sure!

I had provided Becky with three monitors and a super adapter for use at home, she is going to have to rough it today at the office!

As Becky had to leave the house at 5 am this morning I made my coffee as usual and went to sit down in the lounge, leaned over her monitor screen to put my coffee down, caught my elbow, and spilt my coffee! the air was Blue! now all cleaned up!

It has been fun listening to some of the conversations going on in Becky's company!

Most people are not too worried about working in the office, as they sort of know the correct procedures will be in place, it is the travelling on public transport to get there in the fist place that is of most concern!

Most are happy to continue working from home as they can work for longer hours (without the travel)

Some, want to get back to work so they can get AWAY from their children!

And one wanted to stay at home, (not for any COVID reason) but did not trust her son and what he might get up to with his girlfriend :-)

Good luck everyone, EUA is a good company, with a great plan, it has the assets in the ground and a determined great BOD to make it happen, just sit tight, great things are going on in the background to repay shareholders for their continued support!

You are either with the BOD or not, up to you!

There are two parts in play here!

1, The day to day working company!

2, The sale of some assets that if and when will give us shareholders a nice dividend!

The sale of one half of the business does not prop up the other!

We have been informed that a substantial dividend will be paid out to shareholders when the sale goes through!

This would leave EUA2.1 to run with the Rosgeo Joint Ventures, which we paid upfront $500,000 to get a first footing on!

This Joint Venture WILL require funds going forward, and always nice to have a healthy bank balance on the books!

I only see great things for EUA going forward, which is why I topped up again this morning :-)

If you are short-sighted you might miss out!

Yes, there is some dilution, so what!

Think of the bigger picture!

Placement of US$15m at 26p for Rosgeo JV

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a private placement (the "Private Placement") of 41,551,563 new ordinary shares of the Company (the "Placing Shares") and warrants (the "Warrants") to purchase up to 41,551,563 new ordinary shares of the Company (the "Warrant Shares") to institutional investors at a price of 26 pence per ordinary share and associated Warrant, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's ordinary shares on 17 September 2021, for gross proceeds of approximately £11m, or approximately US$15m (not including any gross proceeds from the exercise of the Warrants), before deducting placement agent's fees and offering expenses.

The net proceeds of the Private Placement are intended to be used primarily to finance the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV"), as announced via RNS dated 26 March 2021, including Nyud, Moroshkovoe and other major Rosgeo JV platinum group metals ("PGM") and battery metals open pit deposits.

The cash position of the Company prior to the Private Placement is about $20m with no debt and after significant investments made into the West Kytlim operating mines and plants expansion, as well as into the Monchetundra project as announced on 1 September 2021. The cash position of Eurasia after the Private Placement will be approximately US$35m.

After receiving a more sizable offer, the Directors have decided to limit the size of the Private Placement relative to the offer to minimise shareholder dilution and at the same time place the Company in a stronger position.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent in the United States for the Private Placement.

The Warrants have an exercise price of 26p per ordinary share and may be exercised at any time upon issuance and prior to the 3-year anniversary of the issuance date. The Warrants are expected to be issued on 23 September 2021.

The total number of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, and assuming exercise of all of the Warrants, is 83,103,126 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which would represent approximately 2.87 per cent of the Company's enlarged fully diluted share capital of 2,895,111,558 Ordinary Shares.

Application for Admission & Total Voting Rights

The Placing Shares and Warrant Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission and settlement of the Private Placement will occur on or about 23 September 2021.

Don't be fooled into thinking they got their sums wrong!

Currently, It's impatient investors and games that control the share price, hold out for the big reward to come!

Nothing has changed for the worst, all those lovely PGM's still in the ground!

We all valued the company, including 'Snowman100' who had a geological background at a min of £1 and that was when we only had what we had back then in 2019, since then we have so much more!

Sadly, Snowman100 passed away before seeing his EUA investment through!

We have had the recent ACF research note upgrade a few weeks back and today as posted up by Tr1ck a tweeted update to that!

Tr1ck, in his hast or missing the £ sign on his keyboard, posted up that it was now $1.5!

Tr1ck missed a trick :-)

In that, the ACF Twitter note actually said £1.50 :-)

What is not to like with £1.50!

Just regard today as one of those days on AIM!

Tomorrow is another day and nothing has changed for the worst, only if you look at the share price and compare it to its yearly high does today's price look down, it is massively up on the 2019 share price!

Yesterday saw another GOOD RNS be released by the company,

It was Phase 1 of their plan to riches!

It talked about the 128k oz per year production, which alone, could be worth £250m PA!

This was for only MT, excluding all flanks, which would add further value!

The BOD has never failed to deliver!

The fundamentals only grow with each RNS that the company release!

The grades of PGM ore being produced per ton of soil processed have gone up 70% on what was previously expected!

What will phase 2 RNS surprise us with!

We have a great update RNS, and the share price drops :-)

As we are here until the end, does this hiccup cause rise for any concern?

Have the BOD sold any stock, NO they have NOT!

Welcome to AIM, where it is filled with small-time so-called investors!

Have we seen BIG sell trades go through? NO only lots of small ones!

Even though EUA is building the company up along the way, much like the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing tunnel, when completed, it will just print money going forward!

Ignore the daily share price fluctuations, add if you can, because one day this stock will be highly prised!

Those like 'Miss Testes' who just spout "rampers spiked everyone" need to be ignored!

With a moniker like that, I think you need a sex change :-)

Building this company up will hit problems along the way, building a major tunnel or bridge may encounter planning, manpower, construction material shortages, BUT when it is built, it will make money,

The Dartford crossing makes £100m profit PA!

What will EUA make from the Joint Venture with Rosgeo over NINE more mines!

At the end of the day when everything is in place, this company with its fantastic assets will just print money, the BOD knows that, that is WHY they are very happy to hold so much stock!

If they are happy, then so should YOU, not many companies on AIM where the BOD hold such a great % of their own company!

Yes, it has taken longer than we as investors envisaged, has the company done anything negative to doubt our investment!

No, it has not!

Rome wasn't built in a day, just hold on till you get more pieces of the jigsaw fall into place!

If you think of yourself as a trader, this stock may not be for you, it takes a brave investor to preempt this BOD!

I've added to my holding and just sitting back with my feet up like Mac, easiest stock to hold long term in my book!

Up to you, and you alone, on your investment time scale, mine in long term!

If you want to just make 10% here and 10% there, bet on cryptocurrency daily :-)
