Not quite sure I understand your question?

You can ONLY invest say £20,000 into ANY ISA in a TAX year!

If you have already invested say £20,000 into your Stocks&Shares ISA then NO!

If you are saying you have NOT invested ANY money this tax year into your Stocks&Shares ISA!

Why not just invest this years say £20,000 ISA allowance into your Stocks & Shares ISA!

And THEN transfer any money you have in a Cash ISA over and into your Stocks & Shares ISA!

Why transfer this years £20,000 twice, or am I missing something?

Hi DJEJ,

Don't forget if you have a CASH ISA with say £40,000 in it!

Because it is already in an ISA, you can transfer that CASH one way into your stocks and shares ISA!

So even if you have already used up this year's ISA subscription of say £20,000, you can transfer ALL of that £40,000 into your

Stocks and Shares ISA, enabling you to have £60,000 with which to buy EUA shares :-)

Just pointing out that little know fact :-)

NO, you can gift shares to your spouse, so you will have to do that first into HER trading account!

Then SHE can do a BED & ISA for up to £20,000? worth?

That Ublock extension has blocked 333 Ads and I only installed it half an hour ago, well worth a try, as nothing is getting through on LSE now!

Well, this man has won the award for the best I have yet used to defeat all these scantily clad women and their clothing that keep distracting me on this site:-)
