As I say I'm glad you are feeling more positive towards this company since the last RNS, and yes, I do think that the last RNS was just rushed out to pacify the jittery investor because the new NOMAD appointment is taking longer than the company originally thought, It will be resolved shortly, and I expect you to receive a great return on your investment in the end.

Chris, Sirius was in the need of vast amounts of cash and was a long play dream, great if it ever came to fruition, not so if it went bottom up, at least shareholders got a derisery amount back, if Anglo did not come to the rescue you may have got nothing, notice but to be expected with a long play like Sirus which sounded good on paper. Sorry for your loss but you are comparing apples and pears which are not the same, EUA has cash in the bank and a credit line.

Not being on Twitter I had not seen the Tweet until James0309 posted it up this morning, yes interesting, if it was to happen the new combined company would have the value of both combined companies and we as shareholders would have to vote it through, I know nothing about MNRG at the moment and you have stirred the pot as various other posters are pitching in with their views, I'm sure this will be discussed to death over the weekend.

Yes, we are currently suspended and at the moment have no NOMAD, we can assume we are going to get another one as the old one was staying on to ensure a smooth hand-over to the new one, the company advised as such and guessed that we would have one in place by 7 am on the 29th, but unfortunately, things are taking longer than expected and the company has released an RNS to console the worried investor, to me as we are already suspended the fact that at the moment we don't have a NOMAD makes no difference, we are already suspended and so can't be issued with a new suspension so we just stay as we are, yes we need a NOMAD to trade on the AIM market, so at the moment we cannot trade this stock with any ease, there is a time limit that once expired would under normal conditions mean we are delisted from AIM, I have stated in the past than an extension can be sought of upto six months depending on the circumstances that caused the actual susspension in the first place, and now AIM have even given a six month exception window due to the Covid-19 virus,
If we were to actually ever get to the point of delisting and being struck off (which I severely doubt) as there is plenty of time, all it means is the company just runs as a private company in the meantime, you are still a shareholder and can still receive dividends as such and the company can come back to AIM or any other market for that matter whenever it wishes to, I still remain very confidant of a great outcome here and can assure everyone that this is not a 24-year-old scam in the making, the directors are heavily invested and are doing everything they can to ensure a great outcome made all the more difficult with the way the whole world has changed forever within the last few months.
It is just a waiting game till we hear some good news, keep the faith everyone.

I signed off from this board at 18:32 last night to enjoy a take-away curry with a Cobra beer for me and red wine for the wife ( well it was a Friday night after all) who is currently working from home during this lock-down, and so was at home straight after finishing work without the usual long commute home, a most enjoyable mealtime, followed by what was just to be one episode of this series on Netflix called " White Collar" that had been recommended by a friend, well that was it, we binged on episode after episode as it was very good until bedtime at 10 pm, a time set from when "Becky" the wife would need to go to bed in order to get enough sleep to not be tired when having to get up at 5 am every day to commute, so that was my last night and logged On this morning to see that I missed some negative Bot-fly bashing, I also see there were some great post's from BrotherJoey last night, one of the original posters on this board that got my interests in investing in this stock.
As I say I missed all the fun but see one-liner Bob, this ships resident Rat had turned up to provoke everyone, I looked into Dear old Bob and found this past post of his where he actually strings a larger number of words together, unfortunately, the context of the wording does explain what type of a person he is, from the UKOG board.

Lancashire_Lad, it is good to hear that at last, you are feeling a bit more optimistic after the recent minor update RNS, and I hope you can continue to keep that same optimistic view, you have invested in a good and valuable company run by some of the best and most self-invested and company believing management, they are the ones who are dictating the path this ship follows and I for one are fully behind them, as are the other positive posters here on this board.
You directly asked me a question earlier on, my reply to you is this -
The company did not get suspended immediately upon being informed of the social media speculation, it took 24 hours, so it did not bother the company and in my eyes, it was due to the NOMAD protecting you the investor from a false market due to the content in the social media, as per the RNS released which stated such, so the NOMAD just carrying out its due diligence, so now suspended and for longer than it would take to clarify the relationship we speculate that there must have been some truth in the Tweet by M. Hammond so just trust in the BOD I do....
