On the dispute issue we now know Essar Mauritius are saying there has been a 'material breach' of the agreement and as far as they are concerned as the innocent party they are entitled to terminate the Shareholders Agreement and buy Shorecan's stake in OPL226 for fair market value

We are way undervalued, and that's a lot to do with Arthurs time frames which led to investors losing trust also this new episode with essar, but soon as this gets sorted and we have NNPC I can see a different picture, I still believe we will be minimum 3p once we spud as then its a free run and with Mozambique to add to the value and we should have a clearer picture on that

Read again an article by proactive investor, It seems it is clear that the issue is the funding, and guessing the issue will be put to bed if shorcan pull this 100 million financing package, or am I wrong? although I think some people have taken this way too far and all sorts of theories have come out, well only way is to wait and find out I guess.

This is very cheap at current level, If this Essar situation goes away expect it to rocket, Been looking around and can see alot shares out there looking at 5000 BOPD or below and are well above the market cap, And we are going to tap into 6000-10000 BOPD to start with and hook another two wells at 5000 BOPD!!!!!! believe me watch this race once funding and essar issue is done!

Rift, it will give it a boost but its the uncertainty of the Essar issue that will hold this back a little but soon as thats clear this will rocket

Nothing to worry about here, it is something the company had to announce as they were raising funds and had to be transparent, well lets put it this way what II's is going to buy if they thought this was serious issue?

Essar dont have a leg to stand on, They are going against the share holder agreement, now they can pay up to fund the project so want to be bought out well matey wait for us to get the money or stick to the deal we have here signed up

Looks like some are worried about all the current issues with Essar and stating the share price will fall but waiting to buy back lol!

Yes mate, but im adding another 2 weeks on top just in case there is any delays but we know NNPC meeting is lined up in September so as Arthur said we are going to get news flow fast

Hopefully we get everything sorted by september, essar issue financing and NNPC approval, only another month and we cold be looking back at all of this, at 2p plus, do people agree that we can acieve 2p plus on the share price once approval is given by NNPC?
